Bradley's house is exactly as advertised, which is refreshing. If you want spend time outside and enjoy a pool and outdoor living, this is the place for you. The pool is a lot of fun with two slides. The shaded gazebo is great to just hang out and get out of the sun. There is adequate seating and lounging. We used the grill, which was nice. Would highly recommend.

Great Airbnb and even better host! The host was really great at communication and flexible with us. He provided us with so many recommendations and good advice for the trip. The house was really nice and spacious. Perfect for a big group and plenty of house activities to do. Would definitely love to come back in the future!

Super responsive and helpful host. Flexible check in time if you booked in advance and paid. Everything was clean and had many games and activities. Overall a really nice time! The pool and jacuzzi also super clean and relaxing.

We totally enjoyed the home and location. Pool was great the Bar area and outdoor TV came in handy during NCAA Tournament. Bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the sunsets!

We very much enjoyed our time at Evelyn's place. It is a very quiet spot, and the pool and spa were lovely. The kichen is very well equipped with tons of plates, mugs, etc as well as a good stock of spices and other helpful items. The patio has a large covered area which we really appreciated as the weather was hot!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the extra amenities we weren't expecting, ie toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton balls, shaving razors, coffee, etc. A rare find at most airbnb's

Great host and house in a convenient location near downtown Scottsdale!

We loved staying here! In the heart of everything. Close to many golf courses. Wonderful shops and restaurants are right in the neighborhood. We walked over to Paris Baguette a couple of times for wonderful decadent pastries. We did neighborhood walks most mornings and evenings. It's a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The backyard is private and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after a day of playing golf. Really nice covered patio and TV outside. We prepared and ate a few dinners outside. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment. We loved that the backyard has chipping and a putting green and could practice. And fun in the house playing shuffleboard and PacMan. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment to prepare food. Hemant welcomed us with some flowers and a very nice bottle of wine! That was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our 7 nights here.

Tyler’s place was great! It is in a residential neighborhood, but super close to Old Town and very easy to travel every where. There are lemon and orange trees nearly every 5 steps, super walkable area, and on the rooftop deck a great view of the mountains. No complaints at all. Tyler was responsive and accommodating as needed. Everyone enjoyed the property! Would definitely come back.

absolutely wonderful home for a nice weekend getaway!! came down with friends and enjoyed the Nascar race. home was very clean, beautiful and peaceful location with a quiet neighborhood. the home has plenty to offer for all ages to enjoy! very homy feeling and relaxing. The house was perfect for our needs. The back yard was beautiful and was the focus of most of our daytime activities. Situated in a quiet section of an otherwise busy city, with a scenic backdrop of South Mountain directly behind the house made it seem like we were anywhere but the city. We loved the accessible hiking and walking trails and ample conveniences nearby. I don’t think there was anything we went without because the house was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a little cold for a swim on cooler days, but was refreshing on the warmer days. A propane tank used to heat the hot tub ran out, but Dan let us know how to properly change the feed from another tank. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free vacation. I do recommend having your own vehicle for getting around, as the Phoenix area covers a lot of square miles

Had a great stay and Iren’s instructions were clear so we didn’t have any questions. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The heated pools were great since we were there in February when it was a little cooler outside. Definitely would stay here again!

My wife and I were in town for a couple Diamondbacks game. The place was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place came as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Phoenix.

The home worked great for our small family gathering. They even provided a roll-in crib for the baby so that was nice. And we appreciated the offer to extend our check out time so it wasn't so hectic on Sunday morning to get packed up and gone. We'd book this home again without second thoughts.

Julie made us feel welcome from the start. The emailed instruction were very detailed and easy to follow. The condo was clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the level of detail Julie has made to make the condo feel like a home. Highly recommend.

Melissa's property was amazing for our family getaway. The back yard offered our family everything we could want - a pool, large grassy area, trampoline! The storage container allowed flexibility for our group to be separate but close enough to spend quality time together. Melissa was very communicative throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed!

Outstanding place to stay for us—my wife, high school age daughter and myself. The pool, and outdoor area overall, was immaculate. Interior of the house was clean, modern, and comfortable with plenty of room downstairs and upstairs to enjoy your stay if too hot or cold outside, which it wasn’t on our visit…weather was perfect. We really appreciated the coffee bar—great coffee maker! The bedding was outstanding and the bathrooms were clean and nice. We enjoyed easy walks to the Guardians/Reds baseball complex ~ 1.5 miles from doorstep to doorstep one way. The instructions our host sent were quite comprehensive and clear. The only knock on this place is a neighbor really enjoys their engine(s)…revving what sounded like a motorcycle and perhaps truck engine regularly. It wasn’t an issue at all for us because we don’t have little ones that need quiet for naps, and I suspect it was probably an outlier. If back in the Goodyear area, I would absolutely stay here again. Great place!

Kevin was an awesome and very communicative host and the price for the week was absolutely outstanding value. The home had all of the basics that we needed and the location was ideal - 18-20 minutes to everything and we would stay her again!

Beautiful place. Clean, spacious and in an excellent neighborhood! Loved staying here, and will come back here again during my next visit.
