This was the Old Baseball Boys second year to stay with Roma for Baseball Spring Training. There were 4 of us and Roma's place was perfect. Plenty of room , great backyard, and great location. We will see you next year Roma. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Went with a bunch of my friends for Baseball Spring Training. The 8 bedrooms were perfect. The greedy guys scrambling to take dibs on the rooms. The place had plenty of recreational amenities to keep us occupied - pool, basketball court, giant connect 4 game, games, etc. Kitchen, bedrooms and common areas were extremely well stocked and equipped. Walking distance to plenty of stores and restaurants. Our favorite was and will always be Bullshooter - we will never forget that place (pool tables, regulation length corn hole arena, darts, etc). Definitely will consider coming back here if we do this again.

Im a local Phoenician that works from home. I stayed at Katie's place out of necessity, due to the A/C at my house not working in the inferno season. *From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience.* Check in: Easy, clear instructions. Parking/Security: Private driveway secured by RV gate. Privacy: Your own space and small yard that is great for a dog, yet Katie and Ariel live next door so the host is accessible if needed. Friendly Hosts: Proactively offered anything I may need. Example: They offered an office chair since I work from home. WIFi: Strong enough to work from home. Central location: The area is close to the Biltmore(5 minutes) , Old Town Scottsdale (approx 15 mins) and downtown Phoenix (10 mins). Neighborhood: the neighborhood has a strong community and the neighbors know each other and will wave to you etc. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

My large family spent priceless time at Mary’s house, morning sunrise coffee on the deck, large family dinners, fishing, s’mores all with a newborn grand baby to enjoy it all with. The house has many amenities at the house. I highly recommend staying here!!

Super great location! All the amenities you would want. Comfortable beds. Extremely responsive and friendly host. Only hiccup was trying to find the place. There is no address on the outside and it looks very unassuming. Once we did though, everything was great. We would absolutely stay here again and/or recommend to friends.

We enjoyed our stay here, Paul & Jennifer were friendly and helpful hosts and the place was perfect. felt private, cozy and quiet with beautiful desert views. So many amenities provided that I felt like I'd overpacked! Definitely exceeded my expectations. It's easy to get turned around by maps in the unpaved road portion, but they provide instructions on how to access the property. We loved hanging out on the patio with the guard geese in the morning and were even provided some lettuce to feed them, eggs in the fridge are fresh from their chickens, very close to some great South Mountain hiking spots. Overall happy I found this airbnb and am looking forward to hopefully booking here for future visits!
