The First & Last Inn is a couple of minutes walk and serves food. We do offer one night stays so perfect if you are walking the SWCP or starting LEJOG . The Minack Theatre is a few miles away as is Lands End airport,so perfect if you are flying over to the Scillies. With lots to explore here in the Far West of Cornwall we are perfectly located.

Beautiful detached barn conversion, C.1800. South facing, enjoys the sun through out the day to early evening. Situated in a peaceful location with absolute privacy, its own garden with picnic table. Good sized decking area, perfect for breakfast outside in the early morning sunshine, or to enjoy a glass of wine in what is a gorgeous sun trap. Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.

Ruth was very welcoming. She was able to provide directions to local shops and bus stops as I came on foot. Not only did she provide a current bus timetable she made sure I had everything I needed in the room, it was well stocked, clean, warm and comfortable for my five night stay in February. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Vimla's room was lovely, door was lockable, adjacent bathroom & shower was excellent. We slept very well. Vimla was lovely when I struggled a little opening the front door keybox. I'm a tough one to please and I couldn't really fault the experience. Great to also have the private parking space because St Ives public parking can be a nightmare in the summer season. Highly reccomended.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area. The room was very nice with large comfy bed, good tv and excellent ensuite and shower. Our room had a view to St.Ives and the sea in the distance. The breakfast is self service. We found it a convenient overnight stop having come off The Scillies ferry (Penzance) about 25mins away. Ate at Thai in Town (recommended). Michelle is a very pleasant host. Would stay again if touring the area.

We had an amazing experience at the Roche location. We were quite lucky to have gotten the chance to choose this accommodation. The breakfast was included as a Vegetarian option, but there was also a very nice selection of marmalade. Sabrina is a very welcoming host and the house and location are perfect if you want to explore Cornwall. I will come back again. Thank you so much, Sabrina!

We really enjoyed our stay with Jayne! She was really lovely and friendly and made us feel at home! It was really nice to have a cup of tea when we arrived because Jayne prepared for us a little kitchen facilities with milk and tea bags, and nice little treats! The location is great! Not far from the local beaches. Everything was great! We will definitely stay again! Thank you, Jayne!

This was my first holiday in Cornwall and i was celebrating a personal achievement. Linda's place was more than befitting the occasion, it is an exceptional place to stay and Linda's hospitality and friendly manner made me feel welcome and at ease from the moment i arrived. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and a great size with room to sit and relax after being out and about all day. And the private terrace! What a treat that is! So peaceful with a view of the nearby woodland, the perfect place to unwind and listen to the birdsong. Linda gave me lots of valuable tips on places to see, all of which are very colse by, the location is perfect! Mostly though I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to linda, it was just like making a new friend rather than a host. This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the absolutely superb breakfast that linda prepares, I went to a Michelin starred restaurant during my time in Cornwall and I am not exaggerating when I say that Linda's breajfast would easily find a place on the menu! It is sublime! I already miss being there and will definitely return. Fantastic place, exceptional value for money, perfect host, superb location, I 100% recommend it!
