Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Pensacola Bay

Host was great. Pool area is great and pool is large. We pulled a trailer and had an extra graveled area to park it. Had dock for launching kayaks into lagoon. Could also launch a boat. Little covered gazebo and place for grilling beside lagoon. Air conditioner worked very well in the extreme heat of summer.

I loved this place! Very clean and relaxing. Decorated cute, with a nice courtyard. Vincent was very friendly and helpful. I didn't want to leave! Thank you Vincent!

Our weekend mini stay was amazing the place was spacious Kevin and mimi were very responsive to any enquiry made ,we enjoyed our stay the view . The one miss out is the socket behind the counter were not working so we had to move microwave around,no toiletries provided but we will definitely come back

Great little spot in Pensacola. Close to the downtown area and the Bay Center where we attended an event! I like that the condo had two little patio areas to sit outside. We would definitely stay again! Upon reading other reviews, I see the spiral staircase is mentioned; It was a bit of a surprise but not a problem for us.

The place was in a very good spot! It is hidden from the hustle and bustle of the city and is in a safe quiet neighborhood. There is a sheriff that parks outside just two doors down! It was easy to get into the home and had every amenity that you would ever need. The space was free of clutter and the decorations were perfect. The LED lights were a plus. There is a television in each of the bedrooms, so it keeps everyone happy during the late evening. There was a board game that we were able to play there as well, Scrabble. It is a very pet friendly place as well. The outside is amazing. They utilized the space so well, with gardens and a patio with built in shower outside. The garage is nice and spacious and you can even lift the garage for a nice breeze, since there is a screen surrounding it. It was nice to have a little office area where you could do some work as well. The location is prime. It's only about ten minutes from the beach and five minutes from the store. We will be back!

The house is beautiful and huge. The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved eating on the screen balcony looking at the water. The host was very responsive to all questions.

My family had a wonderful stay here! Everything matched the description, the house was easy to find and in a very good location. The neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of things. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, utensils, etc. The beds were very comfortable! The living spaces were comfortable and spacious. Nancy is a very kind and helpful host, she gave us recommendations and left wonderful instructions. We fully enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

awesome place. easy drive to the beach. had all listed amenities. only issue was some very dirty dishes but we just washed them no problem! 10/10 would stay again!!

Awesome place! We had 2 dogs with us and the backyard with the covered porch was perfect! Spacious house in a nice quit neighborhood with easy access. Highly recommend this home!!!

I have to say this is one of the best places we have stayed! We always do a birthday beach trip for my niece for the last 10 years. We usually stay in a condo, hotel or beach house at the beach but this year she saw Blake's listing and selected it for the beautiful lit up private pool. The home is very beautiful and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. However the best part was the back yard with the beautiful lit up "heated" pool and the sand area with the fire pit. We felt like we were at the beach. The area is very quiet and peaceful so it felt like we were in our own private resort and oasis. Very relaxing for a getaway! We were also able to bring our dogs and they had a wonderful time playing in the back yard and sand. Blake was wonderful, very helpful and friendly with everything! We very much appreciated the heated pool and fire pit when it got cool at night! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this home and Blake! We hope we have the chance to stay again! THANKS BLAKE!!

Great Host, very responsive and accommodating. She went above and beyond from what I expected. Everything was clean and pristine! Very easy to check in and out. All instructions where easy to follow. We had no problems at all. It was beyond my expectations! Book your stay with this Host you won't regret it. We will be back!

We were very pleased with our stay at Legacy 503 in early September. The accommodations were comfortable and had exactly what we needed. The view from our balcony was fantastic as we were facing and near the ocean. The instructions given were clear and easy to follow. And we were close to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

The mattress cover was torn on the main bed when we arrived, so we left another cover. The outside of the fridge could have been cleaned better. The bathrooms were great. We loved the covered parking because of its convenience and protection as there was a storm with strong winds one night. The dog walking area around the condo is very limited. We loved watching all of the sweet families enjoying the beach and pool from our private balcony. Overall, we had a very lovely stay.

Really enjoyed staying here. My family and I felt right at home from the first night! I also LOVE that they had a Roku and fire stick so you could still catch up on your favorite streaming shows/movies. The balcony had 4 chairs which was a plus because everyone could sit and enjoy the sound and view of the ocean during sunrise and sunset. All in all, I would definitely stay here again

My family and I stayed at this condo over 4th of July weekend. The condo was great. We loved the view and location. It has perfect and convenient beach access! Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very family friendly. Our only complaint was the up stairs neighbors (which is not the hosts fault), but they were so loud it was hard for anyone to sleep. I didn’t love the front bedroom which has a window looking out to the outside hallway, it would have helped to have black out curtains to make it easier for kids to sleep, the outside hall light is pretty bright at night time. Overall, my family had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet and peaceful place to stay! Condo is nice and pool was great to relax in after a long day on the beach. The condo isn’t on the beach but it’s just a short walk down the road! We had a great time!

Great location right on the beach - perfect, beautiful balcony view with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets - easy beach access - near great restaurants - bright, clean beautiful decor - super comfy beds - very easy access to parking garage and designated car spot - fabulous host, responded immediately to any questions. We ended up adding another night to our stay and would definitely stay here again!
