Fantastic house. Ideal for a family vacation. The pool, the views, the facilities… the location is ideal if you want to be close to the center but you need a car. The house is noticeably new and all its accessories and equipment as well. We would definitely stay here again. As an aspect to improve, we'd highlight communication. There was a huge leak in the garden hose and it took more than 1 hour for them to pick up the phone and they didn't come to fix it until the next day. On the other hand, as a suggestion, a shaded area in the pool would be nice.

Missing some more suitable cooking utensils. large salad bowl large stove but we were able to have a large plancha.The mattress of the parental room a little soft ... otherwise perfect spacious house and very clean very nice pool. Complies to the photos Trust relationship with the owners and very good communication via written messages.

We had a lovely stay here at L’Ampolla, its a nice quiet town. We welcomed with treats and Kai met us at 2am after our delay in arrival. He was a fantastic host, on hand via watsapp for any queries. We were a large group of 12 (3 families of 4) the villa had plenty of beds and space that we never felt on top often eachother. The kids loved the garden, aircon in every room. Overall a really lovely stay.

A great welcome by the owner, very friendly and very welcoming. We were not bothered by the language barrier, the owner speaks very good French. We had a very nice stay, and we thank Amador again for her sympathy and authenticity.

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings, the pictures don't do it justice. So peaceful with lovely views of the sea. Loads of space inside and out , the pool was great. The owners/ family were aleays available to help and nothing was too much trouble. We have been coming to Alcossebre for nearly 20 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be back.

This is a beautiful house in a very scenic location. All the photos are 100% accurate. The walk from the beach feels like a light cardio workout, but I consider that a good thing on vacation. Any questions were addressed immediately, though there weren't many to begin with. The owners were not intrusive and respected our privacy. I highly recommend this place for a getaway with a large group or with children.

Mark was a lovely host. He helped us get a travel crib and a high chair for our baby so we didn't have to bring it ourselves. The arrival was very flexible, in fact we entered a little earlier than agreed because he offered it to us. The house is very comfortable, as shown in the photos.

It's perfect! It has a spectacular garden and an excellent location, the pool is an ideal size, in the afternoon it has shade thanks to the house.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and very spacious villa. The facilities are fantastic, especially the pool and the outdoor BBQ, which we really enjoyed. Carlos is a very friendly and responsive host, always available to answer our questions and help us. The place is perfect for a group of 12 people, including children. It is recommended to rent cars to fully enjoy the surroundings. We highly recommend this villa and will gladly return!

Beautiful house by the sea and close to a great restaurant. My family and I were able to relax and enjoy the location. It is a must to visit the Castillo de la Peñiscula. Concha was great and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this property.

First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely

The house is fully equipped as described and located in a pleasant holiday area. It has a great pool, also the parking on the property is perfect. Silvia was easily accessible. Sea, with extensive dog beach, is reachable in a few minutes' walk. We enjoyed the holiday very much, and would come back anytime.

Without a doubt, it was the best vacation we've ever had, a beautiful and very comfortable house in a very quiet and relaxing place, surrounded by nature and fauna to spend a few days of luxury and disconnection. A very well-equipped house, fantastic terrace, great barbecue to enjoy with the family, good views, Rafael's garden, the Naranjos fields, simply wonderful. My family and I have really enjoyed the pool, which is great for both adults and children, a Having hammocks like it does is a plus. Another point in its favor is that it only takes 10 minutes by car to Peñíscola to go to the beach or whatever you want. Rafael, Sara's father, is very attentive, friendly and pleasant. The first morning we got up there, he had left us a box full of vegetables from his garden on the terrace, DELICIOUS!!! A great gesture on his part. Anyway, if it's possible, next summer we'd like to go back and be able to repeat this great experience we've had. I recommend it 100x100

Oiga and Marc were excellent hosts, always very attentive to all our needs and always available. The place is very cozy and very suitable to share with family as was our case with our children, grandchildren and dogs. The garden and pool are beautiful. We had an excellent week in this beautiful house, spacious, functional and nothing was missing. Everything is designed to have a good vacation, from board games to laundry bins. The house and its exterior are perfectly thought out, and we enjoyed staying in a house with wind and solar power. A beautiful pool, an outdoor barbecue, an outdoor pizza oven, an outdoor shower for beach returns (a hundred meters walk), hammocks, and a very nice space on the roof of the house with sea views. We can only recommend this house, including the host and was very pleasant and available.

This Villa is simply beautiful! The pool is great! The infrastructure is wonderful! I'll be back next year without hesitation! The hosts are super accommodating! Not to mention Rosa!! A beautiful, kind, welcoming woman who does everything to make us more than good! We had a great vacation here and are sad not to have been able to book longer! Thanks for the vacation!
