Our stay in Lidia's apartment was great. The enclosure where it is located is very quiet and the pool is great (you can be in it until twelve at night). Lidia has been a very good host and promptly resolves any questions you may have. To put a pero, missing utensils in the kitchen. It's a topic that other users have commented on. But in general it is a very recommended stay to rest but close to the beach and the town center.

It was a phenomenal stay, the apartment was very clean and with everything you need for your stay. Regarding the area, we found it very accessible and beautiful, it was a 10-minute drive from the port, 30 minutes from Valencia!! We should note that we had a barbecue that we used a lot and for us, it was the best part of the stay. The host has always been very decisive and attentive to us, of course it seems to us that it is totally worth it and more so when the weather is good. The only thing that could improve is that there is no wifi, as he clearly indicates in the listing, and for long stays it would be nice.

Very nice apartment, great view, Senor Raul very friendly and helpful. Since our arrival worked out better than expected, we were even able to enter the apartment a day earlier and even for free. Thanks for this Raul. The apartment is simply and practically furnished, everything very clean but ……. But now comes the point that I am very annoyed about. Since I have a rheumatic disease, I was looking for an apartment with a pool to take cold baths. With some providers, it was not possible to use the pool in winter. Here, however, there was nothing about it in the ad. The pool has certainly not been used for over a year. Water, green and tall weeds all around. Even the owners of the other apartments have complained about it because they pay for the cleaning of the pool. If I had known that before, a much cheaper apartment would have been a better alternative. Only the great view does not compensate for that. Too bad

The apartment is very well located in Oropesa. Very comfortable to park and with elevator you can reach the beautifully decorated and clean apartment. Everything for everyday needs is available. Since our trip took place in October, the pool had unfortunately closed - in the high season certainly a great addition. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Beautiful fine sand, everything really clean here too. There was little activity in Oropesa, partly deserted. We therefore drove to the surrounding towns such as Benicassim or Castellón, which were also easily accessible from there. Roberto is a unique landlord, very friendly, committed and always responsive. He actually earned the title of Superhost.

Beautiful apartment with a great view. Spacious, very comfortable beds. Very well equipped and very clean. Beautiful terrace Basement parking and swimming pool are a real plus. Access to the beach in 5 minutes on foot and to the city of Peñiscola in 10 minutes on foot. A big thank you to Martine for the quality of our exchanges and your availability. Our stay was amazing. The location is close to the beach, supermarket is next door. Plenty of parking spots. It was a complex with restricted entrance, so very safe, with a playground for smaller kids, a big swimming pool, a tennis court and a football playground. Very well-maintained, flowers and neat grass, clean everywhere. The apartment itself is well facilitated, with 2 bedrooms, comfy pillows warm blankets and heaters that we used during nights in February. Big storage space for clothes, a lot of towels provided. Bathroom is clean and spacious, with shampoo and shower gel, soap and toilet paper. In the kitchen there were all necessary amenities for cooking/ baking. A lot of plates, cups, silverware (we travel a lot and many leave min amount, so that was really a plus). Microwave and good coffee machine, big toaster. Elena had oil, salt and some spices - that was also nice to have and we did not have to bother and buy all that stuff. Beach chairs also provided. Very satisfied!

We loved this very functional et clean apartment. The beach is very close, parking is easy, WiFi is very good for remote work. Yvan and his wife had equipped this apartment with absolutely everything you need, and offered generous amenities even for long stay. There are shops in this village, but if you prefer, there is a large commercial area at 12km with big supermarkets. Would love to come back again.
