Great place, accommodated eight adults comfortably. Close to the town of Boquerón, Buye Beach and Balneario Beach. Well-equipped kitchen, and lots of small touches that made the stay special. Great pillows!

The place is beautiful and very well maintained. It is a very comfortable house in a peaceful environment. Its location is very central, and you can walk to the town in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend it. El lugar es hermoso, bien cuidado, cómodo y tranquilo. Tiene una localización céntrica, se puede ir caminando hasta el Poblado de Boquerón 10 a 15 minutos. Altamente, recomendado.

Very clean, organized villa, items I could not have imagined. Consecutive communication, cordial and respectful. I recommend it 100% to be with your family is excellent. IF I would come back without thinking. Super close to the beach.

Beautiful villa within a 10 minute walk to the gorgeous Playa Buyé. Kitchen was well equipped & the included cooler, towels, and beach chairs were very convenient. Wilson and Karolina were very friendly & responsive and quick to address any concerns. We felt very safe in the area and enjoyed our stay. Hope to return someday!

This was an absolutely wonderful and beautiful space! It allowed us to enjoy the space as a family while also having separate spaces to decompress. It borders a beautiful golf course and is 25 minutes away from another one so for a family of golfers, it was great! I will note and appreciate the hosts for also noting this in their welcome book - the house is on an island in the middle of heavy nature - bugs are expected. Do your due diligence of keeping inside clean but expect the usual bugs after a storm outside! The hosts were also very communicative and responsive and gave really good instructions before, during and after our stay. Overall, highly recommend for a group or family get a way to be a bit away from Old San Juan and get to enjoy the West coast a bit more !

The house was perfect for our Friendsgiving trip! It was modern and comfortable and had everything that we needed. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal while hanging out at the beautiful pool - couldn’t ask for more! The location was also perfect, just a short walk up the road to an amazing breakfast place and a short drive to some awesome beaches. The hosts were super helpful giving a long list of recommendations for activities and dining. We live in San Juan and will definitely book this place again on our next trip to Rincón.

The house is spectacular with many cozy areas to enjoy as a family. Wilton was always very helpful. We really enjoyed the stay.

This was our first trip to Joyuda. Luis was amazingly helpful and responsive. The home exceeded our expectations. Lots of local restaurants nearby. The views of the water were spectacular. We look forward to a return trip back to Villa Joyuda. We loved the light show around the pool at night. Total resort ambience.

We had an amazing stay at Roger's property! He is an outstanding host, always available and quick to assist with anything we needed, which made our trip seamless and stress-free. The house itself is fantastic, beautifully maintained, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The pool was absolutely great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Every little detail has been thought of, making it a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back in the future when I come to Puerto Rico!

Great private spaces for big group and plenty of common spaces for hanging out! Great views of ocean, mountains and forest. Reliable rental car is a must. Be prepared for steep and narrow roads, but what awaits at the top is worth it. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. It is a beautiful home and property. Just 10 minutes to town and beach!

Absolutely stunning space. We had a lot of couples on our trip and it was so nice to have our own spaces. The pool was wonderful to have especially at the end of some long days. It’s a gorgeous area with lots of amazing restaurants. Hosts were super responsive especially when we had a little screw up on our part. They were very understanding and helpful during that situation. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Our family vacation was amazing at Private Villas Puerto Rico. The home has a vintage style aesthetic, which we loved. You cannot beat the view and all the amenities in this home. The rooms are spacious, there’s a/c units in most of the house, so much greenery, big windows, and sitting areas. The pool was clean and big. There’s a gazebo with grill, sink, fan, and light. The kitchen had all your basics and there was even beach supplies. The owners were super helpful and responsive. Any questions we asked were answered quickly. It is also so close to amazing beaches.

Had a great stay. Plenty of room for family. The beach is less than a minute walk. There are pools everywhere on the grounds. Will stay again when on that side of the island.
