The stay was wonderful. The place is walking distance from many amazing local restaurants and a peaceful quiet beach! The beach chairs in the home were an amazing addition! Hosts were supportive and prompt throughout the experience.

It wasn't the first time, very good stay. You have to change some things in the house that do not work well, but the pool is large and clean.

Amazing place!

This place was just as it was described. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated and great location. Instructions on how to get in and out were very clear. Kenny was very responsive and provided great information on things to do in the area. One thing to know, this place is located on the 3rd floor, so if you have a suitcase be prepared to carry it up. Other than this, I give it all a 5 and will definitely be staying here again.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.

This was a great place to stay in Rincon! Right across from the beach and driving distance to the best surf spots. The apartment was great for the four of us, and it was in a safe and secure complex. Beautiful artwork and beach aesthetic

The apt was very clean, probably the cleanest Airbnb I have seen so far. The location is just wonderful, and very private. The place had all we could need, we particularly liked that the fridge and the microwave are top notch (compared to many places that have appliances from previous decades). I absolutely loved the fridge's ice-maker, because you can hit the beach with a small cooler (10 quaters = 6 to 8 cans) without having to buy ice. Lionel is very responsive and texted back within minutes to answer our questions. Great place, totally worth the price.
