House vacation rentals in Pedasí

Great house and friendly host. The beds were super comfy, the showers had plenty of pressure and hot water, the internet was very fast and reliable. As possibly expected the power went out once during our week long stay and Ian helped us to notify the petty company and get them to come out to fix it right away. The house was very nicely decorated and its location was perfectly halfway between Playa Arenal and Pedasí center of town. The pool and garden were nice too. And there were two TVs what worked well too. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking and cleaning and a pretty good setup for most everyone too.!I’ve been to Pedasí a few times before and this place is definitely the best value for a smaller group, especially with dogs, and for those reasons alone we’ll definitely try to return. Fact: Waking up sorrounded by dozens of monkeys, been able to see them in their freely lifestyle was amazing. Highlight: Sunsets in the rancho were just stunning!!! Cherry on top: we were visited by 5 wild red macaws, 2 green parrots which stayed playing around for almost 2 hours.... We loved the soul of the place and the sweet company of a local cat that join us as he is a part of our family... We will definitely recommend it to our friends and already come back❤️

This villa in Blue Venao was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and as close as you can be to the beach / beach club restaurant. Dorian was very communicative about what to do in Venao. This villa had everything we needed and was well stocked - absolutely no complaints. Beds were comfortable, and the living area big enough for our small family. Great outdoor space but unfortunately with the rain we weren't able to use it. We were here from Saturday to Monday. If you are coming during the week, you might there is was noise from the duplex buildings construction right out front of this villa, which may be disruptive if you’re looking for a quiet stay (Blue Venao is a growing property). That said, it didn't bother us when we were inside (didn't hear a thing) - everything else was amazing, and we were fortunate to enjoy coffee and watch the guacamayas outside in the tree above.

This is one of the only places where the pictures didn’t do the home justice. It was a beautiful home! Hosts are great. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to spend a few days at the beach in Playa Venao. This was our third time staying at Blue Venao. The houses are close to many excellent restaurants and you can walk to the beach. The houses are very nice, comfortable, kitchen well equipped. We would stay again.

Beautiful home with amazing views. The pool was the perfect size for a dip and the animals around were amazing - close enough to see but not so close we were worried. House was sealed and completely critter free. Kitchen was well equipped and house was very clean and uncluttered. The laundry room was a nice bonus and comes stocked with everything. Highly recommend if you’re seeking a quiet escape after a busy day exploring.

This place was just what we need to de-stress. Close to the ocean you can hear the waves at night. Close to Pedasi Town you would need a car if you want to get around easily and explore the area. The beach house pool is great and so is the food great price. I highly recommend the place, Alison answered all our questions and recommended a place for us to rent a car if need. Mary and Andy. We spent 5 nights at Seth’s place. It has beautiful surroundings and is super quiet. We loved having our rental dogs, cats, and other animals. The pool was also great to have. The house and furniture are unique and custom crafted, very beautiful. Seth was very easy to communicate with. Pedasí is 10 minutes away and has good restaurants, groceries, etc. There is a long beautiful beach right outside of town. We drove down to Playa Venao most days, which has a good surf beach and rentals, good restaurants, and bars. Car is a good idea, there’s not a ton you can walk to. We would definitely love to return!
