We stayed there for a month between houses and loved the place. Easy access and close to everything local.

My boyfriend and I checked in on a Friday and out on a Sunday. It was the most beautiful and peaceful quick weekend get away. We enjoyed several bonfires outside as well as a small fire inside in the beautiful indoor fire place. The cabin is super cute and cozy, you will feel right at home! I highly recommend Russell & Laura! They were very kind and quick to respond to anything you need!

Great place for family or two. Great location, alot to do in area especially if you are an outdoor person. there are however, alot of steep stairs, so this could be rather difficult for some, but the place was great,very clean and accommodating. The downstairs game area was fantastic for our family to gather, play games and eat. this was great for a rainy day. there are several nice outdoor sitting areas to gather and enjoy. we will definitely consider staying here again. The host Brandon was great. check in and out was great.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even during a fire alarm incident that occurred while I was cooking. Their timely assistance allowed us to continue enjoying our stay without interruption. While the unfinished back porch was a minor inconvenience, it didn't impact our overall experience. The prime location and peaceful ambiance made it an ideal choice for a birthday getaway. The solitude and tranquility provided the perfect recharge before immersing ourselves in the thrilling adventures of 6 Flags. This Airbnb offers a serene escape for those seeking a quiet retreat. We picked Charlton’s home for three couples’ annual birthday trip and everything from the start of booking to check-out and in between was perfect. Charlton was a super host and always responsive if we had a question. The home was very clean, super stocked, the furnishings were pleasingly tasteful and the setting was great! Over the years we have traveled to NC, TN, AR and MI for this annual trip and while we always enjoyed our rentals and surroundings, Charlton’s home is the first one that we all said we would go back and stay again! A beautiful home with plenty of space and amazing views. The house had everything we needed and immaculate. We throughly enjoyed our stay and exploring the town. Thank you!! We will definitely stay again.

We celebrated Christmas here with family. The house was decorated which we didn’t expect! Lots of room for sleeping, cooking Christmas dinner, playing games. The kitchen was completely equipped like we were home! Laura answered quickly and kindly, and even let us stay an extra night since we were enjoying the place so much. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

This was the 2nd time our family & friends stayed here for a winter getaway. The chalet is fantastic, very spacious and with plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace, as well as the views from the deck. It was fun leaving food out for deer. The host had great communication with us, approving a couple extra friends to visit one day, and also a late check-out. We really enjoyed it and will probably stay again in the future!
