Vacation rentals with a patio in Paynes Bay Beach

We were very comfortable here and would most definitely stay again when we return to Barbados. Esther was a wonderful host. Her home felt like a home away from home for us. She was always on hand or available on the phone if we needed anything. The experience deserves 10 stars. We had zero complaints. Thank you for everything. 🙏🏿✨️

Great place I will come again

Ester & Dave's place was very clean, comfortable and very organized. Complimentary item were appropriate. Very near to Miami Beach, Oistins fish market and Oistins many places to eat. Daily cean view is just awesome and relaxing. Would definitely stay with Ester and Dave's place (Apt #3) again. Miss Donna provide excellent service. Quick communication was on point. Love this place.

We had a great stay at Diana's apartment. It's very spacious, has all amenities you need and great wi-fi. Neighbourhood is very quiet and you can rest well after exploring the island. You can get to Miami Beach in 15 min walk, Oistins center is further 10 min. Definitely recommended place to stay!

David’s place is safe. I was able to walk to a near by surfing hotspot within 10 minutes, and the famous Oistins is. A 10 minute taxi or 20 minute walk

Michael and Kia were the most gracious hosts. The place was spotless clean. Great if you have a car because close to supermarket and other parts of island. 20 min walk down a hill to the beach. My friend and I were very comfortable. I would stay here again. Thank you Michael and Kia!

We enjoyed the tranquility of Roger's place which is in great neighborhood. Oistins fish market is close by where you can buy cooked seafood or fresh fish to cook yourself. Roger's place has everything you need to feel at home and Roger is very responsive to any requests. Thank you Roger for being a wonderful host!

Rosemary was very hospitable and very accommodating. I was able to communicate with her through different channels and she always responded in a timely manner. She deserves nothing short of an excellent review. I enjoyed my stay at RED DOOR! I would definitely recommend staying there.

Paul & Cleo are wonderful hosts. We want to return next year. This three bedroom unit exceeded all our expectations. The nice surprise was having a fridge stocked with cold beverages.

Really quiet and peaceful place 5 minute drive to restaurants and supermarket I really loved this place I would definitely visit again The owner / management replied in seconds when I could not find the washing machine which was in a outside room Private pool was a nice bonus and lights up at night Michael

I made a reservation at Ian’s place for my wife and two daughters and this is their feedback: We had a great stay overall. Ian was incredibly responsive and friendly. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack provided. The property benefits from an excellent location with convenient transportation options, as buses run right in front of it. However, bear in mind it is situated on the main road. Also, you can hear barking from neighbouring dogs, neither of which bothered us. We enjoyed our time here and would happily choose to stay at this property again in the future.

Ricardo and Denise really have an amazing space, it's quiet and the perfect getaway from home experience you will need. They are very accommodating, extremely helpful and always check in to be sure you are doing well. Check in and check out times a flexible which was a plus in my books. Linens and decor, all spotless, activities in the yard make the space even more charming. And there is nothing better than sitting in the hot tub in the evening or catching a sunset from the driveway under the canopy in the comfortable chairs there. All in all, an absolutely amazing space and I will be back

Quick walk down the steps to the Oistins fish fry. The house was spacious and very clean with lots of amenities. It was super close to the beach, as well as food. Overall, we enjoyed everything. Wonderful home just like the pictures, very spacious.. Highly recommend this place, looks exactly like on photos. There was a fer things wrong the people down the street was loud and there dog would not stop barking until 3 am . The TV only has Youtube not what is listed and there was no baking sheet and there is steps to get in and out of the house....

This is the fifth time I have stayed at this property and I can see that some parts are looking a little dated, worn and would benefit from some investment. Having said that, the location is perfect for us and the property is quiet and private, not to mention the pool and jacuzzi. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and The Gap, and even less to the main road. Time spent on the deck is always entertaining, with a variety of wildlife to enjoy. Overall, I can recommend this property

Had an excellent time, thank you sharing your place. Very clean and airy feel, nice large verandah with comfy sitting and view of the sea. Close to Holetown (by car or bus) and Mullins and Speightstown. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Wi-fi was fast, and TV if needed. There was even ice in the freezer on arrival.

Good host, always attentive to the queries we had and to our arrival. The location is good. Close to holetown with several restaurant options and close to access to the beaches. The location is quite central if you want to see the whole island.

Lantana 38 is in a great location. In the middle of Holetown and Speightstown. This meant that everything was really easy to get to. Mullins is a 5 minute drive and Holetown just under 10. The ground floor location makes access to the communal pool very easy. There is a beach club a few minutes down the road and it’s very close to popular restaurants such as Lone Star. Tina the house manager was lovely, responding very quickly to any questions I had and she popped over to meet us in person too. Access to the property is very easy and Vanessa kindly allowed a slightly later check out to coincide with our flight. We have been visiting Barbados for over 20 years and this is one of the nicer properties we have stayed in. Overall we had a great stay at Lantana and we would definitely go back again. We flew to my family in November and rented the accommodation. Starting with the booking - to the checkout, everything worked smoothly and uncomplicatedly. We arrived and immediately felt at home. There was a welcome Present with Attentions and all information such as wifi access, emergency numbers, etc. The Apartment was picko bello clean, the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, even in the bathroom there was nothing missing. The roof terrace, the short distances to the Beach, to Oistins and Busses made the stay perfect. We would like to highlight the communication, the quick response with Simone and her team, including the property Manager Selena, very positively. The lady from the housekeeping service also did a great Job and cleaned the Apartment very cleanly during our stay. Since our flight flew back late, we were allowed to stay in the apartment free of charge until departure. We can recommend the accommodation to everyone and would book this again at any time!

Lovely accommodation in a great location for St Lawrence Gap. Becky was brilliant with information and communication. Would definitely recommend and look to book again in the future!

Welcomed by local management of the condo who showed us around the place, talked through some local amenities and showed us the helpful documents on hand. The condo was extremely well laid out and the kitchen was well stocked, you felt right at home straight away. The condo is right amongst lots to do in The Gap with direct access to a private beach. We loved our stay and can highly recommend a stay at Janet's place.

The view from the property is nothing less than amazing. The property is well secured with an electronic gate and very private. The inside of the property is very comfortable and I was amazed at how the spaced has been utilised

We had an amazing stay at Jamie’s place! The apartment is gorgeous with an amazing ocean view and the location is great, walkable to many different bars/restaurants/shops and of course the beach. The place was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Jamie is a great host who responds quickly and helped to provide a late check-out which was highly appreciated! We will be recommending this place to others we know and would absolutely come back. Thank you!
