Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint James

Christian was a great host. His apartment was in a good location 5-10 minute walk to supermarket and beach. Lots of good restaurants near by also. Apartment is very clean and as described would certainly visit again! Aircon in the bedroom was very nice and cool. If I had to pick anything additional for the apartment to have it would be air-conditioning in the lounge/kitchen area (two fans in there though)

Let’s start by saying this was my wife’s favorite Airbnb stay thus far. The accommodations are perfect for 1-2 people. Beautifully decorated. The patio off the bedroom is one of the standout attractions. Catch a suntan or a nap under the stars. Mona was very accommodating and responsive - great communication. The next time we’re in Barbados it will be our first choice.

The apartment looked exactly like the pics and it was well equipped with what I needed. Also, Michelle’s communication was on point, detailed and clear instructions and other information, so I knew exactly what to do and what to expect. I would happily return ♥️

Michelle was very responsive and communicated with us about our stay. Coralita apartments was amazing. Even better than the pictures. We loved having our coffee on the veranda while watching the turtles and fish. After coffee, we stepped down into the water for a morning swim. We dried off on the rooftop deck as we planned our day. Evening sunsets were another favorite. No better view than the one from Coralita with all the comforts of home. No traffic or crowds to compete with. Highly recommend this place.

Tyler was a fantastic host! He is extremely responsive and always happy to provide good advice and practical solutions. The apartment was exactly as described and having stayed in several of the Golden View apartments, this one has been our favourite. The open plan environment includes a nice kitchen area and roll-out sofa that was comfortable for relaxing in the evenings. No one goes to Barbados to watch TV (!) but the large screen TV was very good and easily the best in any of the GV apartments we have stayed in. The bathroom has been nicely modelled and the shower worked well. Access into the lovely gardens is super easy from this ground floor apartment and it is always fun to watch the local monkeys playing. One slight word of warning is that the monkeys are becoming increasingly bold at Golden View so visitors to should heed the warnings about not feeding or trying to physically interact with them. Tyler and his apartment definitely deserve 5 stars!

This place is perfect in every way… perfect location, close to everything (grocery, shopping, restaurants and beach) and all walkable or a short bus ride away. We loved the access to Suncrest Pool and Beach Club as well. We can’t say enough about both Olivia and Jacqueline. Very responsive and helpful. Olivia went above and beyond to help us find their place when we misdirected our taxi driver to a place up the street with a similar name. She promptly picked us up and brought us to their wonderful welcoming place. She shared lots of tips and set us up with a great taxi driver as well. It’s fully equipped with everything you need. So clean and bed was very comfortable. We will be back! We LOVE Barbados!

Great location - close to the shops etc at holetown. Not walking distance to holetown but only a 5 minute drive. The unit itself is beautiful, superior high end furnishings and linens and it's located in the far corner top floor of the building so it gets better views than other units. The private roof deck with hot tub is fabulous! While I didn't actually use the hot tub I really enjoyed just lounging on the terrace at night - it was great. Would definitely stay again.

2nd time staying at Supernova! Loved it just as much as the first time. Villa is spacious enough for four people and is furnished nice inside. Private pool is more than big enough (no need to use the communal), outdoor space is perfect. Location is excellent, providing you know the west coast. 1 minute walk to mullins beach, a 2 minute walk to the 24hr Rubis station, which stocks all essentials and a 5 minute walk to our favourite restaurant on the island, Seashed. Only slight negatives we had was the sun loungers are in desperate need of replacement, as two of them were damaged. Marcia did mention that this is in the process of happening. We also only had 1 clean during our 10 night stay and would have appreciated a 2nd. Recommend having a car to explore the island. 10-15 minutes to Holetown and 5 minutes to Speightstown. Would recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to returning to Supernova in the coming years!

Paul & Cleo are wonderful hosts. We want to return next year. This three bedroom unit exceeded all our expectations. The nice surprise was having a fridge stocked with cold beverages.

Incredible villa in an amazing location walkable to beautiful Gibbes Bay and Mullins Beach. Plenty of space for three generations of our family to celebrate a big birthday. The gardens are mature and so lovely. We saw monkeys and humming birds regularly from the deck. Clean and tidy, we wanted for nothing. The pool was delightful and very well maintained. Communication with Sarah was absolutely brilliant, and her recommendations top drawer! Can’t fault our stay at all- I sincerely hope we will be back again soon, thank you. *****

We stayed at Palm House in Feb 24, 6 in total, 3 of them children. I'd probably say the photos of the villa don't fully do it justice - villa was a great size for 6 of us. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, garden area is larger than we had anticipated. Small pool just outside of garden gate, then large 25m pool through another gate. Beach, restaurants and bars only a couple of min walk. Local 24hr garage for minor supplies approx 5min walk and Speghitstown is either a 5min drive or 30min walk away. Ideal location and would highly recommend.

We loved the location of Lynn-Marie’s House - less than a 5 minute walk to Mullins Beach, lots of great bars and restaurants near by, gas station very close to get supplies and the house itself is set back from the main road so it was very peaceful! The house was spacious and clean with great internet! Lynn-Marie was very helpful. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely time staying in Holetown. The house was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay. We even found a few toy trucks that my son enjoyed playing with. We enjoyed the pool house and watching the sun set from the deck on our first day. Our hosts were very responsive and we were able to explore the west (beaches, marine reserves), north (Animal flower cave, St Nicholas Abby train) and east (Harrison Caves, Bathsheba) of the island easily from this location. Thanks for the wonderful welcome and lovely location to enjoy our week in Barbados!

We loved this place! My wife and I stayed here for 10 days with her 87 year old father. We had two large air conditioned bedrooms and a large living room, dining room and kitchen with everything that you could ever need in it. It had a big private back patio off the kitchen with a bar & beer fridge, comfy chairs and patio table. Half of it was covered for much needed shade & rain protection at times when those 5-10 minute showers passed by. It had an outdoor shower that I used everyday after a leasurely 5 minute walk back from the beautiful Mullins beach! It had 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella & a couple small coolers that we used everyday! We had some nice restaurants & bars within a 5-7 minute walk which we frequented regularly. We went to many beautiful restaurants on the water for dinner in Speighstown & Holetown. They were a 10 minute island bus ride for $2 us dollars or you could get a taxi ride for $15 us dollars. We will be back & highly recommend this slop to everyone!!!!

Had an excellent time, thank you sharing your place. Very clean and airy feel, nice large verandah with comfy sitting and view of the sea. Close to Holetown (by car or bus) and Mullins and Speightstown. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Wi-fi was fast, and TV if needed. There was even ice in the freezer on arrival.

Good host, always attentive to the queries we had and to our arrival. The location is good. Close to holetown with several restaurant options and close to access to the beaches. The location is quite central if you want to see the whole island.

Lantana 38 is in a great location. In the middle of Holetown and Speightstown. This meant that everything was really easy to get to. Mullins is a 5 minute drive and Holetown just under 10. The ground floor location makes access to the communal pool very easy. There is a beach club a few minutes down the road and it’s very close to popular restaurants such as Lone Star. Tina the house manager was lovely, responding very quickly to any questions I had and she popped over to meet us in person too. Access to the property is very easy and Vanessa kindly allowed a slightly later check out to coincide with our flight. We have been visiting Barbados for over 20 years and this is one of the nicer properties we have stayed in. Overall we had a great stay at Lantana and we would definitely go back again. New and very clean condo quiet close to the water. Feels like a 5 star resort with fantastic AC units. The beds are large and comfortable, you have a million dollar view over looking the greenery and ocean. Sarah was kind to provide basic groceries that we weere able to make our morning tea and breakfast. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Collin the house keeper was super kind and helpful and fulfilled our needs. Thank you.

Loved loved this place It’s a gorgeous, spacious apartment with everything u need to relax and enjoy. The gardens and pool area are beautiful with plenty of sunloungers. Loved seeing the hummingbirds and monkeys in the garden. The ladies who clean are so sweet and friendly so is the gardener we loved chatting to them. Ian and Helen were amazing hosts so accommodating and helpful Defo recommend and hope to Return soon.
