The apartment is in a private building, not other tourists there - and there is peace and quiet. It seems like the other residents are just Turkish people living there. It is situated with a view to the water (you have to look to the side on the balcony, though.) Close to the main street, but 100 meters up a quiet street. Close to everything you need - supermarket, good restaurants (try Casper steak house 150 meters away!!), etc. Everything is looking like new, and decorated simple and with taste. The bed is okay, new appliances. Everything you need, and basic stuff like salt, pasta, coffee was already there when I arrived. Orhan was a good host. Very flexible with check in and check out. Plus for that.++ I know this almost sounds like an advertisement, but really can’t find anything bad to say about the apartment -I had a very good stay. I certainly will come back. Thank you Orhan!

This place was wonderful in every aspect. The unit was super clean, cozy, and everything was shining. It had everything that we needed. The location is also great, and is near to a lot of local stores, as well as the beach. Mr. Ismet is also very helpful and fast in his responses. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we made a memorable trip in Alanya. I highly recommend this place.

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

We were very happy with our stay. Damlataş took 3 minutes on foot to the beach. Our room was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. They provided a solution right away if we had any problems or needs. If I were to go to Alanya again, I would stay at Saray Apart Hotel again.

The apartment is locating in the best location in the center in a quiet street, near the beach. The host is very nice and helpful, and the apartment is very spacious and beautiful, with everything you need, as well as a terrace. I highly recommend this place.

One of the reasons I chose Mustafa's places was because of the good reviews, and I can only confirm them. In my opinion the best beach is only some 10 minutes walking and you've got all you need in the area. There is also a (frequent but a bit crowded) bus that drives you to the city center in some 20/30 min. (depends on the traffic really, which can be an issues in cities in Türkyie). Apartment is very well equipped and the air-conditioning worked very good, which is very important if you want to sleep well in Alanya in July/August-the electricity and water bill was also like described (very low compared to westeuropean standards right now). We stayed for 15 days and everything was great!

This apartment has a super location right on the beach, it was clean and pretty with nice stylish furniture. The host was helpful to very easy to get in touch with during the stay. Highly recommend.

Ruhi is a super owner. The apartment is completely worth the money. Any questions can be resolved with Ruhi, but there are almost no questions, since everything is already provided))) I highly recommend it!

Diana was a lovely host, very welcoming, supportive and responsive which is always comforting. We had clear instructions for check-in/out. I could not fault the host. The property itself is also amazing, the view from the living room is something that I will miss and never forget. The property was clean, had all the required amenities and spacious. The property is located on a hill (perfectly between two beaches) and the BinBin/Beam eScooters can be easily used to travel from the property to nearby locations. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this property, very good value for money. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Alanya and whenever I come back, I would happily stay here again!

We were completely satisfied, the apartments are fully equipped, there is everything you need. We will be happy to come back
