Three bedroom house right on Johnson’s Pond with private water access right in the back yard. House features queen master with deck overlooking the pond. 2nd bedroom features a full bed with twin bunk bed above along with a stand alone twin bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Perfect for one or two couples to share. Full kitchen and laundry along with WiFi and streaming services. Use of 2 kayaks and pedal boat. The house is close enough to walk to the Brick Alley Pub in 6 mins, Bowen's Wharf in 8 mins, yet far enough to enjoy the quiet back yard. We will be very accessible if there are any problems or issues. Thanks for looking and we look forward to hosting you! Sleeps 8 and has off street parking for 3-4 cars!

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

Another exceptional visit! Annie's home is cozy and comfortable, and VERY well appointed. As before, communicating with Annie was a breeze, and the location is ideal. A short drive north to Wickford (straight out of a Hallmark movie), or south to the shops and restaurants of Narragansett. The whimsical artwork and other touches make it a perfect respite from our busy lives.

The home was even better than the photos. It was clear that there was a lot of time and energy put into creating a welcoming unique environment. The beds were comfortable the game room was perfect to relax, play arcade games or work remotely. The fire pit on the balcony was a great touch and welcome after going to the restaurants and locations that were recommended. Shannon was extremely responsive and the guest binder was a great touch. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It’s the perfect location and place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Cottage! The setting was lovely and the house was spotless, very well equipped, and super comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor areas were lovely and perfect for relaxing and hanging out. The hosts (Lauren & Mike) were responsive and thoughtful, and the welcome treats were such a nice touch! Great amenities all around—this was an ideal spot for a family and friends gathering. Highly recommend!

This renovated property is exactly as described. New and wonderful. The living area and dining area are ultra modern. The bathrooms were spotless, clean, and new. The deck is spectacular. We were visiting one of our children in Newport and it was only 14 minutes away so very convenient without the high prices of staying in town. We will book there again.

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's place. It was a perfect little getaway where we could unwind & just enjoy the scenery. We came in town to visit our Son who is a Freshman at Nichols College. We had some cold weather & rain but, we took full advantage of the firepit & sat out by the water enjoying the view. There were lots of things to do on the water that we can hopefully do when we visit again in warmer weather. This place was a wonderful spot for us to unwind & spend time with our boy! Andrew & Lora were super responsive & helpful for all of our needs. They went above & beyond to make sure our visit was perfect. Highly recommend this gem by the water!
