Great place that was clean and host was very good about communication. Unit is connected directly to others, this was a little vague in the listing but had was not a big problem.

Place was a little confusing to navigate once you first come in but once you get to the office you realize that’s where you need to go and the whole area is a campground and a group of b&b’s all owned by the office. They all look the same so it’s easy to tell you’re In the right spot. Office lady was very nice and friendly I walked In took about 1 minute to get checked in and get my key. Then we walked about 100 feet to the house and got inside and it was exactly like the pictures very beautiful interior exterior was pretty decent as well but the living room kitchen are is one big open floor plan and then two rooms upstairs with a full shower bathroom and one room downstairs with a half bathroom the place was about 150 feet from the marina and beach area and the view of the lake was absolutely amazing very peaceful and the office also has a bar and grill attached that served great food and drinks with a communal pool right outside of it and a lot of things to do and see near the area

I thought this place was OK for the price. It has very much potential but unfortunately looks like it hasn’t been kept up with very well. I would still recommend it absolutely beautiful location and close to everything we wanted to see. Had a musty smell which yes it’s by the lake but it hits you right in the face when you walk in. i’ve stayed in many lake homes never had that smell. flies all over the window ledge. Looks quite different from the photos. Think with some hardcore cleaning this place would be fantastic. Hot tub was wonderful. Unclear instructions on the gate closing at a certain time having you drive through a different way and had to call for the check in code because i didn’t receive that in my email like the instructions said i would. Quick helpful response from the rental company though. If more effort was put into the cleaning process i would have given it a higher rating. enjoyed my stay anyway im okay with some grit and grime for a short stay some people aren’t.

Come back to this place second time for friend strip and golf. Stunning view with spacious patio for hanging out. Joe is friendly, helpful and responsive. Recommend to rent cottage 21 instead of 22 if you are only looking for renting one unit. Cottage 21 living room is much bigger.

Great place to stay for a weekend. The office wasn’t open much but other than that everything was perfect.

We recently stayed at this cabin and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The cabin was cozy, charming, and had everything we needed. The decor was thoughtfully done, blending rustic charm with modern touches that made it very comfortable. We also appreciated the outside fenced in area for the dogs. It was also close enough to hiking trails and outdoor activities near Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Inside, the cabin was very clean and well-stocked, with everything from extra blankets to kitchen essentials. The towel warmer was much appreciated. The hosts were also wonderful – very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you’re looking for a place to truly relax and experience a rustic cabin vibe with modern comfort, this is it! Highly recommend!

David's place was just as described! It's a cozy and private place for a couples getaway. We really appreciated having everything we needed from bathroom necessities to a complete kitchen. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus! We spent our time hiking and golfing and relaxed in the hot tub at the end of the day. We hope to come back next fall!

This small home is very beautifully decorated. The view from the front deck is stunning. I was looking for a place close to the little Niangua river access at Fiery Fork conservation area and came across this gem.

Amazing cabin. Exactly as described... Rustic. Location on lake is perfect (relaxed & remote).. with a 10-15 min drive to night life if desired. Sondra was very responsive/friendly. Family really enjoyed the included games, grill, pier, kayaks, etc. Great experience/weekend getaway.

Fantastic property and space! Views are phenomenal (even in the dead of winter). The holiday decor was a nice addition!

It’s a quiet little cabin close to the lake. It’s a little hard to find but Donna even sent instructions to make it easier.

The cabin was amazing and just a few steps to the lake. Papa Chubbies had great live music and awesome atmosphere! We will be coming back here for our lake vacations!!!

The back porch was a paradise.

The photos did not do this place justice. I felt like this space was a lot bigger than we imaged for our group of 6! Perfect to have 3 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms. There was a cooler with wheels which was so helpful! Our group only wished there were more towels for showering and beach towels for the lake! Great place to stay and we will definitely be back again!

The home was clean and comfortable and perfect for our girls weekend. Only complaint we had was the home is on the main channel. It is not in a cove. So the water was pretty rough to float off the dock. We still had a great time though and would absolutely go back.

What a great place to stay. Karen was a great host and even helped me get a spot in a slip for my boat. I will definitely be coming back.

Terryl’s place was perfect. We picked a great week to enjoy the beautiful weather, trees and quietness of her home. We loved hanging out on the spacious dock, the upstairs deck and the beautiful sun room. The dock was very spacious and had a large boat slip available for our use. We loved our stay. It was an absolute steal for the quality of the cabin. We planned to bring our 21 foot bass boat, so we rented a boat slip which comes with access to the boat ramp. We ended up not bringing our boat, but I will say that the ramp was a bit sketchy and we wouldn't have used it. However, the website does describe that the water level are low in the spring, and that affects the ramp, so it was something they warned us of. We took a trailer full of ATVs, and I would recommend that anyone with a trailer should go ahead and park it in the trailer parking before driving down the hill to the cabins. There's just not much space to maneuver or turn around. But the resort was perfect! The laundry room was clean and well stocked, the cabin was perfect, AC was cold, the docks were all nice. We also rented a boat from Montego Bay and it was super convenient, both on the road and across the water!

This place was awesome! Stunning views of the lake. Caught fish every day that we were there and saw some great wildlife. Joan and Rick were responsive and helpful!
