The apartment is large, with a good living room with sofa bed and smart TV. American cuisine had everything we needed for the weekend. The rooms (suites) were large and very comfortable. Quality bedding. The condominium is delicious. It has tennis courts, swimming pools, plenty of green space for sightseeing in addition to restaurants. We think it's a good value. Marco was always solicited, very educated and attended us promptly every time. We will be back.

Willem's place is actually a farm. In addition to what is shown in the photos of the house and leisure space such as a swimming pool, sauna... the property has a river, waterfall, beautiful gardens, bridges, orchard, a huge grove in the hill that can walk for hours... really a place to enjoy . We were a couple and 4 children and it was fun all day, even more so that it was a weekend with sunny weather and pleasant temperature. The house where we host is old but it is super preserved, equipped kitchen, several spaces all very well decorated and with furniture that allows you to enjoy the various spaces: dining room, TV, living room, reading. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 very spacious, all with new mattresses, good bed linen. There were enough blankets for everyone and several extras. Towels were made available for everyone and reservations for use in the pool area and sauna. It is necessary to highlight the care of the Venilson housekeeper who showed everything and was always available. It is worth a return.

The house is in an easily accessible condominium in a very quiet place anyway , close to markets and pharmacies. The terrain is ample with several leisure options ( pool, tow, swimming pool, soccer field, leap and barbecue ). Amazing view of nature including a river and waterfall. Comfortable house countryside. A special thanks to the employee Inês who took care of the kitchen and made our stay more enjoyable . All wonderful!

The apartment is beautiful! I rented the apt in the same place, but this apt was way above the other! The fact that you are staying in a historic building makes all the difference, the building very well organized by sesc, where it was possible to go to bowling, dance presentation and participate in class on the little chic. The location is perfect, has a bakery and gym at a distance of 300 meters! Not to mention the look of the cottage. The only negative point in the region is the parking lot, there are many places on the street, but several guardians because it is a tourist region, but you can put it on the back street without any risk!
