Places to stay in Patten

Wonderful stay in a well designed, unique space decorated with thoughtful and very useful touches. The continental breakfast was above and beyond what can be found elsewhere, with homemade bread, yogurt, cereal, jams, butter, coffee, tea, etc.. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Although the listing described a different cabin on the neoc property, as soon as I reserved it they sent a message clarifying which cabin it was and giving a complete and excellent description of the cabin we were renting. We stayed in the Bear's Den cabin, an A-frame building close to The River Driver's restaurant, for the weekend of the marathon & half. The cabin was nice and warm on a weekend with very cold temperatures. On arrival we found it to be very clean and everything in order. Although the kitchen has no dishwasher and no kettle for boiling water, it does have a good coffee maker with filters supplied, which is extremely helpful. There are paper towels and everything needed for washing dishes, but no food storage items like aluminum foil or plastic wrap. None of this was a problem for us; it's just good to be prepared and bring what you need if you plan to use the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again! The people at neoc are welcoming and very kind and helpful.

What a gem! Very clean, quiet, well decorated and cozy. Walking distance to a few local establishments. Be sure to check out Appalachian Trail Cafe for breakfast and Blue Ox Saloon for a good time.

Great place to stay and a great price! Joelle is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. She is quick to respond and provide any help if needed during your stay. Nice quiet place out in the country. Peaceful and quiet. Just a short drive into town.

The best place I’ve stayed in northern Maine! A great spot to launch from for snowmobiling with plenty of room for parking. The space is super clean and up to date. The gym has all you could need and is a huge perk, especially for the area! Hope to stay again next year.

This is one of the best places we’ve booked. Very clean and she even had snacks/water bottles which was great when we arrived. All of the amenities of being home. We will come back again.

Brenda and peter are gems! We couldnt have asked for a better stay. The cottages have everything you need and more, the setting is peaceful yet not too secluded, and Brenda and peter are two of the nicest, most considerate people youll meet! We loved the stay so much that were already planning our trip back. When the last day of our visit arrived, we had to make ourselves leave. We could have stayed there much longer. Its our new happy place. You really do show up as strangers and leave as family. 10/10 do stay here.
