Villa vacation rentals in Patmos

Beautiful villa in Groikos ideal for a group of friends. Angelos was a very nice and responsive host. The outside area was super nice and had a beautiful sea view. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Perfect gorgeous place. Amazing views

I cannot gush enough about our experience at Villa Sofia. The location and view (on a bluff with a 180-degree of the Aegean)are unmatched. The beautiful outdoor space and infinity pool were spectacular. The home is traditional Greek style and spacious with a beautiful balcony on the main floor and, as advertised, comfortable bedrooms for our party or 8. But, equally important, the hospitality and responsiveness of our host Panos was incredible. If we needed anything, he would be over in a flash and even took our son to urgent care when he wasn’t feeling well. All in all, the experience was just amazing. I could not provide a stronger recommendation!

Villa "Petra" was a very quite and pleasant stay for us, immersed in the beautiful Patmos, with a wonderful view of the sea and Chora. Located in an excellent position, convenient to reach the various locations of the island, it gave us unforgettable days of a beautiful holiday. Well equipped with every comfort, surrounded by a beautiful garden and with a very convenient garage for the car, it is certainly the place we would be happy to return to. A heartfelt thanks to the very kind and helpful Marianna, always ready to suggest places to visit and where you can taste the good cuisine of the island. See you soon !

Incredible place with an incredible view of Patmos. The place was impeccable - clean and well maintained. We are already excited to come back next year. Hosts are very kind and attentive as well. Highly recommend!

This was an awesome place to stay with an awesome host. Great location, only a couple minutes to town for food and shopping. I count have asked for a better spot!

Villa del mar far exceeded our expectations. Peace and quiet 5 minutes scooter away from the busier parts of the island. Private beach at the end of the garden and all the amenities we could have dreamt of. Morning swim, read in the sun in the hammock, lunch in the shade - perfect. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything has been thought through really well. George speaks perfect English and is extremely helpful and kind. The lovely couple who attended to the house regularly was extremely thoughtful, discreet and efficient. We will be coming back!

Great place! It was everything we thought it would be and more! The pool was quite cold but that was only due to the lateness in the season. We still really enjoyed it though!
