The house is in a convenient location very close to Skala and with many amenities within walking distance. In addition, it has a beach under the house for those who want to wake up early. Comfortable spaces, terrace, veranda, . Privacy, silence. Very well cared for in the typical island decor. Emily was very kind and welcomed us in person despite the late arrival time. She's a special person like her vacation home. A great experience to repeat

Perfect gorgeous place. Amazing views

We felt very pampered by Christina. She even met us by the port to direct us to her place and introduced us to her family who live up above. She cares a great deal to be sure her guests have a positive experience and provided many extra benefits for us during our lovely stay in Patmos. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and lacking in nothing. I highly recommend this place which is only a few steps from the ferry port.

I cannot gush enough about our experience at Villa Sofia. The location and view (on a bluff with a 180-degree of the Aegean)are unmatched. The beautiful outdoor space and infinity pool were spectacular. The home is traditional Greek style and spacious with a beautiful balcony on the main floor and, as advertised, comfortable bedrooms for our party or 8. But, equally important, the hospitality and responsiveness of our host Panos was incredible. If we needed anything, he would be over in a flash and even took our son to urgent care when he wasn’t feeling well. All in all, the experience was just amazing. I could not provide a stronger recommendation!

Anna and Nicolas are two very nice, discreet and super helpful hosts. They picked us up at night at the port and took us back on the day of departure. Very clean house, cleaning and linen change every 3 days. The house is complete with everything (drying rack, hairdryer, air conditioning, use of washing machine, etc.), spacious for two people, beautiful terrace, comfortable bed. Location 10 min walk to the port. It is located on the main road, so it is convenient for getting around but you can hear the heavy traffic in August, however we had no trouble sleeping.
