Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pataias

Rita's place was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We stayed with 8 adults & it was very comfortable for all. This place has everything you could need for your stay including a full kitchen with all equipment, several spacious double bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning in each room, there was a beautiful back garden area with a swimming pool, sun loungers and a long table for meals outside. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space. There was also a fantastic barbeque outside which we made use of and made lovely group dinners. The games room downstairs was an amazing touch and we had such fun using it. The location here was brilliant, it was about a 7 minute walk to the supermarket and lots of restaurants and the beach. Everything you need closeby! We would highly recommend booking this place in Ericeira if you are planning a trip there. Communication with the host was perfect, we will be back! Beautiful house by the beach! We loved the peace and the view. The house is very comfortable and has a lot of charm (and a lovely little library). The kitchen especially is well-stocked. Since you’re surrounded by nature there are many spiders, snakes and lizards (mostly outside, thankfully). We visited in November and the temperature in the house really dropped at night (from 20C to 15C). The only option to heat is a small and somewhat noisy space heater, so if you visit in winter be prepared with warm clothes. That was the only thing we found difficult during an otherwise extremely pleasant stay. Pedro was a very friendly and engaged host!

We spent three great nights in the beautiful apartment! The roof terrace is a dream and you have an incredible amount of space. Absolutely recommended

Amazing house, charming, beautiful and with a great location, close to hundreds of castles and points of interest . Supermarket and restaurants close by (7 minutes drive). The host is really helpful in anything you need .

Patricia’s place was great. It is in a very good location to be able to do lots of different day trips, most less than an hour away. It also has great views of the beach down below and you can hear the waves with doors open. Patricia was also very responsive to any and all questions and gave lots of great suggestions. Would definitely recommend Patricia and this spot.

We had a very short but nice stay at Joaquim’s place! Great location, very comfortable and spacious, and easy communication throughout our reservation and stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The house is in a quiet area very near to all the Knights Templars castles which we wanted to visit. Having the small swimming pool was a great addition. There are lots of good restaurants nearby.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience atJoao's place! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself was perfect, especially as a home base for exploring the area. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and stunning surroundings, but I recommend coming by car. The accommodations were spacious and thoughtfully arranged. We loved the large, comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep after a day of adventures. The common areas were equally impressive, offering a wonderful space for our family to relax and spend quality time together. Whether we were enjoying a meal in the well-equipped outdoor dining area or just lounging and chatting, it felt like a home away from home. Overall, this Airbnb was a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. I can’t recommend it highly enough and would definitely stay here again!

Took a big group of friends on a little holiday to Elsa's Quinta do Portal, and oh my god! The pictures don't do this place justice, it's even more beautiful in person! The house, the surroundings, all of it felt like a 5 star experience for everyone, and we weren't even half-way through our stay and were already discussing how soon we could go back! Elsa was incredibly accommodating to our early check in hours, and she even helped us book a table at a nearby restaurant with short notice because we weren't having any luck. Honestly cannot reccommend this place and Elsa's hospitality enough! Thank you, Elsa, for everything!

Very nice welcome by José, father Isabel. Very clean accommodation, quiet place and not far from shopping areas and visits to do. Very good restaurant nearby and bakery . Our 2 dogs enjoyed the yard safely. Would 100% recommend Thanks to Isabel and José Best regards Catherine and David

Very large house with private pool and really huge roof terrace. There were only two of us here, there are beds for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. There is a garage for the car, also enough parking space in front of the house. For surfing: only 10 minutes by car to Baleal and Supertubos is even closer. Thanks to Celia for the wonderful time!

Fabulous villa and Aksel and Sofia were so accommodation to us on check in and check out. Always responded so quickly, great communication. We went as a large family with grandparents and loved our stay. Kids also loved the pool

Maria and Cesar are excellent hosts. The accommodation is in a lovely and private setting with everything you could need provided. They were both extremely helpful, especially when we had a minor problem with our hire car, but not at all intrusive. We loved our stay.

Pereira is an amazing host. Upon arrival we were received by the caretaker. He was very polite and gave us a tour of the house and its amenities. The house is gorgeous and perfect for rest and relaxation for my family. The water pressure is amazing. The rooms were spotless. My 8 year old loved the open concept. The oranges taste great off the orange trees in the backyard. I highly recommend Pereira's house for a quiet relaxing time with friends and family.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Maverick Surf Villas. Lots to do in the local area, stunning coastline, definitely need a car, but its easy to get every where, roads are very quiet. The villa was beautiful, so much space and everything you could need. Hosts were very helpful, gave us lots of advice on the local area and hosted some lovely dinners. Thank you so much.
