We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week. Angelica e Stefano are very warm and welcoming. In their apartment nothing is missing 😊 it is perfectly located for bus arrivals and excursions, for the beach, bars, restaurants and shops in this city where it is good to live. It was a magnificent stay: the apartment was as advertised, the location (oceanfront) was unbeatable and Fanny's kindness on the phone and Melvin personally made the difference. I only have words of praise and thanks for them.

The apartment is just as shown in the post. The kitchen comes with everything you need. The bedrooms with closets and hangers available. The bathroom had soap. I suggested to the owner to keep a chlorine gel to be cleaned while one is staying. Esteban is quick to answer any questions.

We had a very good stay, it has everything you need. Very clean. Nice view and very central. Just one thing, the entrance to the place is not suitable for low cars as it has a paved but quite steep slope. Its acoustic and thermal insulation stand out, as well as its security Its hosts are very kind and friendly.

A place that complies with what was published. Nice view, central location, an experience among stilt houses. If you go by car and want to park there, it's a bit complicated due to traffic at certain times. Everything else is fine.

What a beautiful place to stay in! The apartment is just as described, squeaky clean, amazing views, comfortable, top notch accommodation. Alicia is the perfect host, always available and accommodating. She was super cool, so friendly, and the following isn't relevant, but she is also soooo beautiful! In summary, just stay here! You won't regret it.

Looks just like the photos! This was a beautiful 4 bedroom property. Located on the lake, on the Circuito Chico scenic drive, very secluded. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Bariloche so having a car is (probably) necessary (not sure about availability of Uber in the area). But you will not be disappointed. The house has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. And Maximo and Claudio, the hosts, were welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is a dream. With direct access to Lake Gutiérrez, the view is beautiful. Complete, comfortable rooms and the kitchen had everything you need for cooking. A quiet environment that allows you to enjoy the surroundings and the private beach. I highly recommend it for families.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

Difficult to imagine a better place to stay in Bariloche than this house, with an amazing view of the lake and the mountains. Although it is a little distant from the center, it is very close to some of the most iconic attractions of Bariloche, such as the Chico Circuit, the Cerro Campanário and the Swiss Colony. The outskirts of the house are beautiful, and you still have two kayaks available for strolling around the lake (we don't use it because it was cold). The house is impeccable, everything was very clean, and Marcelo was very attentive, understanding and kind, from the beginning to the end of the accommodation. We were still lucky to wake up on the last day to snowy mountain peaks, even though we were in March. Anyway, it was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had on an airbnb. Extremely recommended
