Excellent location , with ocean views from the balcony,dining room and room , Stefano was very attentive from before during and post-stay . Very good oceanfront location and restaurants nearby . Without a doubt , beautiful place!

We had a wonderful stay in this flat with direct view of the sea. Fanny's parents are really nice and welcoming people, who made us feel right at home. They taught us how to prepare mate and left us a delicious home-made confiture. The flat has everything you need. It is fully equipped, comfortable and with great views of the beach and sea. In colder nights, we used the little heater provided. The position is perfect, with everything reachable on foot. Some suggestions to make the flat perfect: the single-pane windows might need renovation as they don't isolate the flat properly. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor becomes all wet easily during showers. Some of the kitchen equipment, in particular the pan, may need a replacement soon. In summary, we gladly recommend this flat for a stay in Puerto Madryn!

Zamir was very kind and attentive, the accommodation was good, it is close to the coastal promenade and the shopping center. The carport is very good, spacious. The building has 24-hour security and attention.

The apartment is spotless and has everything we need. Just in front of the beach, you just have to cross the street to get there. The view is beautiful. We were three adults and the apartment was accurate for us. Maybe if they go with small children you have to think about it since it is the 11th floor and the. Balcony and window does not have child protection. But for adults it's wonderful and the host is a 7.

A clean and comfortable place the receptionists of the building super friendly, we had no problem arriving or retiring, it has an excellent location, good view, the apartment as seen in the photos and has everything, I would go again and again, I 100% recommend the place, there are many attractions in the area and wonderful everything, we had a great time, thank you very much for everything

100% recommended accommodation. Very nice, and the beautiful sector for walking, especially from the Palafito to the port. Everything is as described, and like the photographs. Also, Lorena very good host, pending all the time. It was an excellent stay.

It's just amazing!!! Patrícia is a wonderful and helpful host. We were delighted with the details prepared for our reception, it had natural flowers around the house, a delicacy. The house is perfect, with a sensational view of the lake. each organized and very clean room. Lençóis, towels, covers, toiletries, everything from the best. It had everything in the ad and more the affection and care we perceived in every detail. We had memorable days in this beautiful house. 🥰Thanks Patricia for the beautiful memories we will keep from this cozy place.

Beautiful place to rest. Beachfront, with beautiful view and the possibility of walking a few steps to be on the sand and enjoy the Sea. Solange is very helpful and loving. We will be back!

A lovely quirky (to us anyway) home. Super comfy and well equipped. Really good communication and in reach of local amenities and attractions.

What a gem of a place, we arrived very late from airport and Marcelo met us at 12:30am with key and we settled in. When we woke up and saw where we were the next morning was mindblown, so fantastic to feel like you are in the trees with a view changing across the cake to snow capped mountains, sunsets sparkling across the lake and the big terrace, the steps down to private port, access to kayaks for free, proper argie bbq, the list goes on. Don’t even think about it, book this one.

We spent the Christmas days at this lovely cabin. It’s super close to Puerto Varas, but quietly tucked away from the street between trees and at the riverside. It’s simply gorgeous! Everything was very clean, the kitchen is really well equipped (I even baked cookies). Nothing to complain. We would always come back and we even might ;) thanks so much for the great hospitality!

Best place to stay in Puerto Madryn! The flat is on the top floor of one of very few high rising buildings overlooking the entire beach with a fantastic panorama! It could not be more central with shops, restaurants, cafes and many alfajor and ice cream shops and the beach front. Our kids loved the place too and were intrigued by the "traces" of other kids. They had their own room and bathroom which they adored. PM is a superb location to venture out on day trips to discover penguins, sea elephants and other wildlife which is why we came and also to get a glimpse of the vastness of Patagonia. It also has a really funny history as a Welsh colony which is still visible when you observe the faces of the habitants and come across quaint Welsh tea shops and being served Christmas pudding or "Welsh Cake". We loved our stay.

Fabiola's apartment was spotless and the view was amazing from every room in the place. It also had details as far as you can enjoy the place better. Super equipped and comfortable. Fabiola was attentive at all times and made us feel comfortable in his place. Would definitely come back.

The department is great, in a good location- only that it’s really high, we communicated great and there’s was everything we need. We had the best time!

The apartment is very well located, very close to the center of Pucón, the private beach is very comfortable. Patricia is always attentive to the phone, demonstrating her commitment. We had some issues with the access, but it seemed like it was a problem with the building in general as the app was not working. The rest is fine, the guards in the concierge very friendly.

Highly recommended. Really a little bit of paradise in the land to which is added the kindness and concern of its owners.

This place is very comfortable! Very nice and cozy. It is very well located, you can go to the beach and restaurants all walking. Fabiola is very active. Highly recommended. There are many things to do and Fabiola leaves all the information available! GREAT.

The perfect place to rest , the view is tremendous. The super comfortable bed, the facilities of the property are very good . The pool in/out excellent . We'll be back
