Everything was fine just missing more cleaning in the bathroom and kitchen, the other furniture was closed there was no place to hang the clothes or store the clothes that one brings from the trip..

The apartment's location is a dream, the apartment is very beautiful and Lupe is a genius ! I recommend it 100% !

Everything was wonderful, our family felt at home every day . A place of tranquility, there was not much noise, in the feelings of safety . A great location for both tours and in the center of the city . Ingrid, a kind, understandable person and was always ready to respond to all messages.

The apartment is very nice and functional, it has everything to make a very pleasant visit. Angelica allowed us to enter earlier and that is greatly appreciated. The sector is very quiet, but it is within reach of many places Casino, Mall, etc. I would definitely recommend.

The location is great, close to everything. From the sea, restaurants, and shopping. The view is amazing. The apartment is very bright and it's like in the pictures. They were flexible with check-in and check-out times, and Malte is always very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!!

The apartment and the complex are excellent. It is the ideal place to spend a few days as a family, in a forest setting overlooking the Gutierrez. There are beaches nearby and restaurants less than 1.5 km from the complex. The location is key because it connects with the city, with Playa Bonita, and with the RN40 that goes to the South. Super recommended.

Great place, clean, everything organized, everything great

The accomodation was clean and had everything you need. If you want to cook, the kitchen equipment could be a little better, but Mariano responded directly to any of our concerns, was super friendly and gave us great tips for things to do:)

A great stay, the best thing is the location, steps from Parque Ecuador, a couple of blocks from the Centro de Concepción, the great shops, Mall's and supermarkets.

The location is very good and the apartment complex is nice. It's quiet and 10 minutes from downtown. Francisco, the host, was friendly and even made some last minute change. I recommend

beautiful apartment, on the ground floor, modern, tidy, clean, with a small patio and own parking, everything you need for cooking. Closed neighborhood with huge heated pool, with changing service and keeping life.. worth it. Valentina was quick to respond.. only the remote control of the room tv and the medium soft mattresses for my taste, but nothing that tarnishes the stay

The place is very nice, convenient to go as a couple or family...all services, close to good markets, accessible for vehicles, safe....beautiful views of the volcano Villarrica. If you need to improve some aspects of cleanliness, in corners, frames and doors, and especially in the bathroom and kitchen.. in general everything was very good... Recommended...

Comfortable apartment with all the essentials and very central. Safe area to leave the car and move around walking, very important especially when one travels with adolescents.
