Cute place . Clean. Somewhat tricky to get inside but we managed just fine. Close to conference and building where the medical symposium that we were attending Was being held.

We love this place. It's in a slightly funky neighborhood but very safe and as we have stayed there several times, we are starting to get to know the neighbors who have been very helpful. It reminds me a bit of some places we've stayed in in New Orleans as it has very high ceilings and other feathures reminescent of that city. We hope to stay there whenever we go to Houston which is often.

Wonderful place near the beach, you can walk on the sand every morning! Its beautifully decorated with palm trees on the property and a BBQ Grill. It has all the amenities both big (on site laundry, well-lit parking) and small (coffee maker, toaster ect.) as well as being incredibly peaceful. The neighborhood is filled with bright colorful houses and one neighbor even has gorgeous chickens running around and is always grilling in his yard, It really gives the feeling that your not it the city anymore your on "The Island" which is what everyone in Galveston calls it. Frank & Krista are incredibly helpful and responsive it never takes more than 30 minutes for them to get back to you about anything and when a snow storm was coming (Snow in Texas!) they messaged me to be sure I was aware and safe! All in all I would say that its the perfect Airbnb for both short term or long term stays. Five Stars, 10/10 highly recommend!

The check in instructions were very clear and accurate. We had difficulties with getting in because we don’t have US phone numbers, that’s the only negative thing. But Kobe was quick to respond and made sure we got in in a matter of minutes. Everything else was PERFECT! Kobe was super helpful and responded right away whenever I wrote. There were a bit pf traffic noise from the street, but only cars passing by - no music from cars, no honking, no breaks squeaking etc. Nice to have a garage to park in and there were plenty of available spots. Super great location, easy to find, clean and spacious apartment, looks exactly like pics. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place to stay. Clean and convenient. 15 minutes to downtown Houston. There is a nice convenience store right across the road. Robert and staff were very responsive.

The place was very comfortable and in a perfect area! Very close to the events we attended and around a lot of convenient spots.

Stayed June to August. Great location, great communication, AC worked well, everything was clean, no bugs. Definitely recommend.

The picture is exactly as the apartment, the instructions helped so that we don't get lost finding it.. we will definitely be staying there again

It was a great peaceful and cozy place for my girlfriend and me to stay while we explored the Galveston area and having an outside shower with hot water was great for those after the beach excursions.

The apartment was private, cozy, and matched the description. Communication with the host was responsive. We had a minor issue the night before checkout, but the host addressed it quickly. Overall, the stay was fine. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-managed Airbnb in Houston.

Very cute, clean, sleek air bnb. It’s got everything you need in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The only thing my fiancé disliked was how soft the bed was. It was a tall and soft bed. Which felt like a cloud where we sunk in. Him being 5’11” he sunk into the bed deep which made his back hurt. Nothing we can do about the bed, but what he loved was that fan above the bed! Such a cool fan! Btw, it seemed that we could not control the a/c temperature, which wasn’t bad but since it’s a studio, it got cold real quick. The only solution I could find was to close the vents which we used a chair for. We still enjoyed our stay and both agreed that we would book again. Thank you for everything!

I’ve visited a few Airbnbs in Texas and Johnny is hands down my favorite host thus far! He made the stay perfect for my friends and I. My friend requested a steamer (which wasn’t listed) and he brought it to the bnb wrapped in a bow before we arrived. We had issues working the tv and he showed up, fixed the issue and brought us gifts for the inconvenience. He also showed us how to make the sofa in the living room a bed….. The entire experience was completely worth it. I never write reviews but Johnny earned it and more! He even had free rodeo parking for us! He helped make my birthday one for books; I’m forever grateful! 🫶🏾

This was a last minute trip my family and I were very pleased with the stay, excellent hospitality very clean and organized condominium we had a little trouble finding the place I contacted the owners and they were very helpful I would totally recommend this Airbnb! We would stay there anytime!

Very nice place to stay! You have to follow the instructions careful to find your room but it’s clean and in a safe area. I loved the pool and kitchen area as well. Would recommend!

Great place by Houston Community College was exactly what we needed.

Really wonderful place if you want to visit Galveston. Far east side of the island, so away from most traffic. Right across from beach. Restaurants, grocery store, drug store all within easy walk. My wife and I love to walk so we walked to the historic Stand which was probably about 30 minutes on foot. Short drive if you prefer that. Beautiful view off the balcony, and I really enjoyed sitting up there reading a book, watching the waves. Very peaceful. Good view of beach and interior of island because the place is on a corner! Building felt very safe as it is not open to the public and there is a secure check in process. The immediate commercial area in front of the property is largely vacant and could use some attention by the retail landlords, but it was mostly families in the vicinity and we went walking along the seawall at night and felt very safe. Owners were very good about communication and providing clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I traveled to Houston for treatment. We booked this location last minute when another lodging was not healthy for us. This apartment was exactly what we needed. It is clean, quiet, bright, usable and has everything you need to keep it that way. It is uncluttered and we had no problem with room for a wheelchair. It is super close to all of the medical centers and we could not have had a better place to recoup energy after treatments. Most of all, Dami was quickly responsive and resolved every concern that came up completely. He was flexible with our dates as treatment plans changed and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I recommend this location and this host. Be aware, the door to the apartment is far from the elevator to approved parking but the journey is accessible. If you have mobility concerns or large loads to carry you may want to consider unloading on 3 before moving to the assigned parking. It made things much easier for us. Checkout with care.

Great location if you are a Houston sports fan. Dynamo and Dash across the street and a 10 to 15 minute walk to The Astros Ballpark. Place is very clean. Would definitely recommend.
