Vacation rentals with lake access in Parry Sound District

We spent 2 nights at Nicole's cottage this Thanksgiving weekend and I must it was a delightful experience. The place is nice, clean and secluded, plus it's overlooking the lake so that's cherry on top. Nicole is a great host, she is very responsive and flexible with checkin times when we requested. When I shared the pictures of the place on my social media, atleast a few of my friends have already asked about the place.. Great place, even better host.. We'll be coming back here for sure. One thing to mention:- At the property , it has 2 washrooms with 1 standing shower and other jacuzzi. The issuebis that when larger families rent the place, they would benefit more from 2 places to shower (standing or tub, rather than jacuzzi). Just something we realized when we stayed here.

What a magnificent place. Beautiful house, beautiful lake, serene forest walks. My family didn't want to go home. Even my dog seemed sad, with his nose pressed against the back seat window as we left. Treat yourself and your family to this beautiful place. My friends and I had a great Thanksgiving weekend at Amir’s place! The house itself is super big and the view is beautiful. Amir was very accommodating and let us check out late on the last day. Would definitely recommend this place!

Becky’s cottage is perfect for a family stay in Muskoka. The cottage is incredibly well designed and appointed with tons of small touches that make the stay outstanding. Both the main cottage and side cottage provide ample space for all parties and the outdoor space from docks to patios give everyone tons of space to enjoy the outdoors. We hope to stay here again soon! Derek

Friends and I have stayed multiple times. The place is amazing! Lots of room, great location the perfect spot to relax!

Leah’s cottage is exactly as described. We were a group of 6 and we all had lots of room to stretch out. The kitchen is well equipped and large enough to prepare a nice family meal. The property is well kept and has beautiful views of the lake. There are lots of trails in the area to hike and restaurants and shops in nearby Port Carling. We have rented many cottages over the years and quite a few in this general area. This is the first property we have rented that was as advertised and didn’t give us any undesirable surprises. James’s place was perfect for our group of 6, could have comfortably fit more. The cottage was very spacious and had everything we needed. James was awesome to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone travelling to Lake Nipissing to stay here

We came in from Alberta for a wedding in the area, and stayed at Tara’s place. It was much larger than we had imagined, and the property was just gorgeous! We would absolutely book with Tara again if we were back in the area.

Absolutely beautiful location for a relaxing getaway. Quiet and serene sandy beach. Kayaks available as described and we thoroughly enjoyed taking in the views from the lake. Great place to take the opportunity to try out the SUP in the shallows of their sandy beach. Bev and Louise were welcoming and readily available to answer any questions. We truly appreciate our hosts for sharing their home to provide such a wonderful experience.

the space was gorgeous! the views out of all the windows were awesome. the hot tub/deck/dock space were also to die for! Randy gave us a tour of the space including our private deck with bbq and the shared outdoor spaces. Having a host actually meet and greet is something that is rarer and rarer on air bnb lately and my wife and I liked the experience. Will be back again!

Great place, it is located very close to parks, trails, different beaches. An apartment is very cozy, has everything we needed and also lets mention the great lake view. Our host is a great person. We spent only one week here and definitely will come again.

Hands down one of the best Airs I’ve stayed at in Ontario outside of a big city (and I’ve stayed at many). Hosts clearly take pride in their spaces and enjoy making it beautiful and comfy beyond what I’d expect for the price point. Lots of goodies including freshly baked bread and cookies, a bottle of wine (which I unfortunately couldn’t enjoy), and toiletries. Very clear instructions, responsive, professional. I was here to work so I didn’t get to enjoy the surrounds, but it’s close to downtown and a short drive from all the good stuff. I will absolutely stay here again when I am in town!

Catherine was a superb host and even gave us delicious slices of pie during our stay! We felt right at home!

An absolute 5-star experience! The sunrises were breathtaking, and the view was simply stunning. We enjoyed standup paddling, swimming, and the well-equipped accommodations made everything so comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting Killarney Provincial Park, which was a highlight of our trip. The hosts were fantastic, providing us with great tips and making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Very responsive host, easy to communicate with! When something is missed by the cleaner, frank was able to help us with solution. The place is very quiet and peaceful, very recommend for small families.

My girlfriend and I couldn't think of one negative thing to say about this beautiful place, very clean and updated, all the amenities and then some! would definitely recommend!

What a great location for a cottage! The included boats (canoes & kayaks) are really nice. We went in late October (end of the season) and the neighborhood was nearly deserted. We were often the only people out on the lake. It takes about 20-25 minutes to paddle over to one of the several waterfront restaurants in Port Severn. Trevor's communications were very precise and easy to follow. Only negative comment concerns the well water. It's not just high in minerals, it is so high in minerals that it smells terrible and you really don't want to shower in it.

Had a great time at cottage. Great Location on a nice calm Lake. Very easy check-in. Staff very friendly. Very Clean and nice kitchen and BBQ. Would definitely recommend staying here. The Dome and other huts on property would be fun to stay at as well. Have already recommended this property and will probably be back.

the place was even more beautiful than the pictures…..we really enjoyed our stay …the area was very peaceful and calm…. i would definitely visit this place again.

Very clean and beautiful surroundings. Private and all the convenience’s of home yet feels like a cabin in the bush. Will definitely go back.
