This place was absolutely wonderful, very peaceful and the pool and the backyard was like having your own private resort. Cleaned very well, responsive host and they had everything well labeled and thoughtfully stocked. We would love to stay here again.

5 star experience! My husband and I loved the amazing views and great pool! A wonderful experience. We really appreciated all the “extra touches” that really matter! Nice coffee, beautiful bedding, all the toiletries you might need and so much more! We would definitely come back and highly recommend this lovely home. P.S. SOOOO CLEAN !!! Thank you

My stay at Jennifer’s place was nothing short of perfect and amazing! The house was spacious with 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and a loft, offering plenty of room for our group of 8. The property came with all the amenities you could ever need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a BBQ grill and even a cooler to take to the lake. The location of this property was the highlight of the trip - we were in town for the IJSBA World Finals in Crazy Horse Campground and the nearness made it easy to come back and forth to the house to beat the heat. Jennifer was extremely helpful and very willing to help. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Robert was very understanding a very great host. He had all the extra things you can think of in the household. He has a lot of amenities. My favorite part was the sun porch. He is very attentive and he responds within a good amount of time. The house itself was very well kept it had anything you could think of that you needed extra if it was too hot outside and we needed to stay in the Airbnb, we still had a good time. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our host was informative, condo matched description, weather was outstanding, other visiting guests were so friendly & welcoming. Truly made our stay pleasantly memorable. Parking next to building, right-size pool w/ loungers & deck chairs. Clean laundry room, inexpensive coin-op detergent & wash & dry machines.

The home is beautiful, organized and clean. There are labels on everything from the light switches to the kitchen cabinets, which made things so easy to figure out. The pool and yard are amazing, it has a view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Robyn was very responsive with a TV remote issue and had it taken care of immediately. Thank you Robyn, my family and I enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be visiting again.

Kory was very helpful, communicative, and accommodating. The instructions for checkin were great and Kory was flexible, letting us arrive and hour early since the place was ready. We had a small issue while we were there which was quickly resolved and we were offered late checkout for the inconvenience. The location was unbeatable as we were able to walk to the channel and local shops and restaurants. The community was friendly and there was plenty of parking for our boat which we loved. Beds were comfortable with plenty of cozy blankets and pillow. We will definitely plan on staying again on a future trip!

The location was perfectly centered in Lake Havasu making many things within walking distance and you could get almost anywhere within the city within 10 minutes. The other residents were extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lakeside haven. The hosts thought of absolutely everything - from pool toys and board games to a fully equipped kitchen where we only needed to bring our food. The complimentary coffee was a thoughtful touch. What truly stood out was the outdoor space featuring a comfortable dining area with a lovely lake view. The pool was immaculately clean, exactly as pictured, and the jacuzzi's powerful jets provided perfect relaxation. Inside, the home was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with charming beach-themed touches throughout. This property delivered everything promised and more - a true getaway haven that we didn't want to leave!"

This was our second year staying at this house. The second we walk in, we feel right at home. We can relax and enjoy our stay. Four generations and 16 people. There's plenty of room and we all fit very comfortably. Hopefully, we will see you again next year. Same time, same place.

Great spot 2 minute drive from the bridge maybe a 10 minute walk to the bridge. Small 2 bedroom very clean. right by the pool. Only recommended update would be to add ceiling fans. We went on a week where weather was 118-120 degrees so understandable the Chiller system wouldn't be the end all be all to keep it cool. If you need noise or moving air to sleep bring a fan! other than that cool spot. Thank you for everything.

Joan’s place was cheery, comfortable, and clean, exactly like what was shown in the pictures. There were plenty of towels, cups, kitchenware, and everything we needed for our stay. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and straightforward. We didn’t need to get in touch with Joan at all during our stay. The house was very spacious and I would highly recommend staying here for couples and families alike.
