We LOVED staying at Chris’s place! It was such a short drive to art galleries, breweries, brunch and dinner spots, and Lake Michigan. The space was so cozy but spacious, and it was perfect to return from a cold day out and get in the hot tub. Chris’s recs did not disappoint, even in the dead of winter. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Place was exactly as described. Nice walking distance to the main stretch of town hot tub was great in the winter temps.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Our group of 8 friends had plenty of space and the home was incredibly cozy. There were so many fun games to keep us entertained throughout our stay. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals together – fully equipped and made staying in so enjoyable. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub, which was a great way to relax after a day of hanging out. Overall, the place had everything we needed for a fun, comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed staying at Lees place. Was looking for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway and that’s what Lee provided. While the detailed amenities were not to the Nth degree like at some locations, it was just as advertised. Hot tub worked great in the snow and sub zero wind chills. Would definitely revisit this location. Went up and down the coast touring lighthouses. Had an amazing time. Quaint location with just the right things to do for what I was looking for. Thanks Lee!!

We’re repeat renters at Shari’s place in Douglas. We love the hot tub for us and the fenced in yard for our pup! It’s a great getaway for our little fam.

I had a great stay at Joshua’s place! We felt right at home and he was very helpful with anything that we needed plus all the amenities were great!

This cottage was nice and comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The backyard was well equipped with a gas grill, patio furniture and a hot tub. Just minutes from downtown Saugatuck there was lots to do and great dinning. My boyfriend and I bowled a couple games at Alley pizzeria right around the corner from the cottage on Saturday night and on Sunday we went to drag bingo at The Dunes resort. Such a blast! I’ll definitely keep this cottage saved in my favorites to book again later

My husband and I just needed a peaceful, private, healing getaway and that's exactly what we got. We left a few times to get some groceries and firewood from the local shops which were listed in the book that the hosts have at the cabin full of aaallll the details. Other than needing those things, we would've never left. Thanks Laura and Matt, we had a perfect time!

This was our second stay at this cottage and it was perfect for our family of 4 and our pup! Cozy, clean, and close to all we wanted to do!

My mom, sister, and I stayed here for our ladies weekend. It was very cute, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Plenty to do in the area - wineries, cidery, lavender farm, etc. The perfect place for our getaway! We highly recommend.

Wally so generously had the cottage ready earlier than expected. Picking up the keys at the gallery was simple and convenient with the cottage so close by. The cottage is quaint, cozy and beautifully appointed with colorful art and unique items. The location is right in town, so we didn't need to use our vehicle during our stay and only did so to explore the surrounding area. The cottage has an enclosed small yard area, which was great as we brought our small dog. There are great shops and restaurants within a few blocks. During our stay I looked at the Airbnb website to check availability for the summer! I highly recommend Dumela Cozy Cottage!

The place is in a quite neighborhood. The road doesn’t have a sign but GPS was useful. The house was exactly as described and perfect for a couple. It was well stocked including enough bottles of drinking water. A few things were old and slightly broken like bath tub faucet and utensil cabinet but nothing that troubled us. The electronic lock wasn’t working but they had a key which we used - could have been nice to have another set of locks to lock the door at night. We didn’t feel unsafe - just a thought

The Cottage in Muskegon was very nice and had a homey atmosphere with kids toys, a pack-in play, and books available. I have very high standards for cleanliness and was so happy to be able to relax and feel comfortable during our stay without feeling the need to pre-wash dishes, utensils, etc. We only stayed one night but I wish we had stayed longer to explore the area and restaurants. Kevin and Miranda are very proactive with messaging us with information related to check-in, check-out and house rules. Great place to stay!

We stayed at Romain’s place in Spring Lake for a few nights in November. This location was perfect for us. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Quiet streets that are great for dog walks! The cottage was well designed, super comfortable, and warm and cozy during some snow storms that came through. It was really nice sitting in the cottage and watching the snow fall with the view of the lake in the background. Romain was helpful and responsive. There is a grocery store, few restaurants and a bakery 4 minutes away. The cottage is also a short walk to a small public beach on Spring Lake. This area was cozy during winter months and I’m sure would be fun and lively during summer months. There is a big back yard. WiFi was good. I would recommend this place!

Our family really enjoys this area of Michigan and have now visited four times in the last 2.5 years. Tracey made the process so easy and an enjoyable experience especially since we have two small dogs. Besides all of the other reviewers statements I'll add that there were room darkening shades, a must for me on vacation and the beds were comfortable too. The kitchen had more than enough room to make meals and simply enjoy ourselves as a family. We were so content with this space we're already planning our summer trip and bringing additional friends with us who can share in the relaxation and enjoyment of this home and delightful area along Lake Michigan.

The location was great and the house was very nice and clean. We would stay there again. Mary was very friendly and responsive.

Our little family had a wonderful time at Valerye's place. It was very cozy and peaceful. The cottage was stocked with a ton of amenities and necessities. The location was perfect to visit all the places we wanted to go. Hagar Park is just a quick drive down the road, it is beautiful even this time of year. Would love to come back during the summer.

Lovely cabin for a girls weekend. Great central location for day trips to South Haven and Saugatuck.

Family stayed here to go skiing at Bittersweet as well as go to the Klassic Arcade 2.0 in Gobles

Fantastic location!! Stayed in the area due to a wedding. My family and I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Allie was extremely quick to respond to any questions/concerns we might of had. The home is exactly as described, very cozy. The deck and the views of the lake were fantastic. You are close and far away from everything if you understand what I mean. Most definitely would stay again!! Thank you Allie for allowing us to stay. 5 stars across 👍👍👍👍👍

Party of 10 stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights for a fishing charter on Lake Michigan. The views of Lake Allegan were gorgeous with beautiful sunsets and sun rises. The only thing that we felt that cabins sat quite high above the shoreline with a steep set of stairs down to the lake. That was fine for most of us, but it was a bit difficult for the elderly in our group. It is very possible this was included in the listing description, and we just missed it. Anyway, everything worked out fine, and everyone enjoyed themselves grilling, sitting by the fire, swimming, and kayaking. Kendal was excellent every step of the way. Highly recommend!

If you want a serene setting to enjoy peace and quiet with spectacular sunsets over a beautiful lake, this is it! Aaron’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway and conveniently located within a five minute drive from downtown Hastings. Clean space, comfortable bed and all the little extras from charger cords to paddle boards to cozy fireplace (and did I mention spectacular sunsets?)!!! Don’t hesitate on this one. Highly recommend!
