Vacation rentals with a home theater in Paris

Pavlé’s place is beautiful, even more so than the photos suggest. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay and its proximity to Pigalle station truly made the rest of Paris easy to explore. As a host, Pavlé was also super responsive and helpful for any issues that came up - I highly recommend anyone considering staying here to book it!

Pierre is an excellent host - friendly, welcoming and frequently asking how he could make the stay more enjoyable. The apartment is exactly as described - comfortable and well equipped for a full stay, whether you’re exploring the city or want to spend a night in cooking your own dinner. Walking distance from Canal Saint Martin, close to everything you may need (grocery stores, metros, restaurants) making it an ideal location to settle in.

Loved Maureen’s flat! It was perfect for our few days in Paris! Montmartre is such a beautiful area and it was a pleasure to pretend it was home. The flat had everything we needed and was easily accessible to the metro!

Oliver was great host and the property was as described. Full kudos to Oliver on the apartment, its was moden with everything working and very very very clean.

Serene and cosy apartment with a gorgeous view of the surrounding neighbourhood. It’s situated right in the middle of the city, with quick and easy access either on foot or via public transport around greater Paris. Emilien was a great host who was responsive and accommodating whenever we had questions! Would love to stay again upon our next visit.

Chloe is a great host and she was very responsive. her apartment was very clean and was in vicinity for most popular places and very well connected by metro. we had a great time. thanks Chloe for hosting us! only thing that can be done better is in that she can ask a care taker to clean the apartment so host can have a better experience. she can choose to charge extra for it because sometimes host don't have that much time. but overall great location and safe locality!

Françios was a fantastic host! He was incredibly communicative in the days and weeks leading up to our trip and left no questions about how to access or find the place. The apartment is in the perfect location: very close to two metro stations, accessible to the main strip (while free of much of the noise and foot traffic), and with plenty of food and coffee. The apartment had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable with plenty of additional amenities! It’s clear it was all laid out and designed with guests in mind. We’d highly recommend this location and will be back for our next trip to Paris.

Be a Parisian for few days, or weeks here! We were happy to discover one of Paris’s most vibrant neighborhoods, filled with authenticity and charm. The apartment itself is a beautiful blend of classic Parisian style and lived-in warmth. You won’t find anything sterile or impersonal here—this is someone’s real home, and you feel that in the best way. It feels like staying with a friend. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, with everything you might need right away. Also, just next door there are plenty of places to get everything you might want. What truly elevates the stay is Maxime, the host. Warm, generous, and endlessly helpful, he made us feel welcome from the first message. He has detailed instructions about the apartment and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe with lots of things to do whatever your interests are. The public transportation is a great way to get around. It’s a perfect place to soak in the eternal charm of Paris.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We loved our stay here—the house is amazing, very comfortable, and fully equipped. Aicha was absolutely wonderful: so friendly and thoughtful, always ready to help with anything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here. We loved the place and especially appreciated how Aicha made us feel right at home.

We had a very pleasant time with the family in the retro gaming house, reserved for the birthday of our boys, 6 and 10 years old. They were accompanied by their 11- and 12-year-old cousins: a real group of budding gamers! For the children, the stay was a real success: The climbing wall was unanimously approved Vintage video games on arcade machines as well as more modern games with virtual reality headsets delighted young and old! As for the parents, we enjoyed a well-deserved moment of relaxation in the jacuzzi… once we managed to convince the children to get out of it. The very comfortable bedding allowed us to spend a restful night and recharge the batteries to continue playing the next day A big thank you to our host for his advice, practical tutorials to fully enjoy the game room, and for his delicious treats (popcorn and juice were much appreciated) We will come back without hesitation

A real little piece of heaven! The apartment is perfectly designed for relaxation, with a quiet, warm atmosphere and all the comforts you need. The spa/jacuzzi is clearly the highlight of the accommodation: clean, well maintained and ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The interior is tastefully decorated, very clean, and everything is perfectly functional. Comfortable bedding, complete amenities, and a beautiful attention to detail (bright atmosphere, mirror, video projector, etc.) The host was very attentive, very welcoming and available. Perfect for a couples getaway or a wellness weekend. I would 100% recommend and hope to be back soon!

We had a last-minute obligation that forced us to change our check-in time. Didier helped us a lot to honor an appointment and respond to this unforeseen event. We found a welcoming and warm person. He even helped us a lot with "little unimportant things" that made our lives much easier. Small touches that speak volumes about his kindness and willingness to be "a Host". Thank you! In short, an ideal place to rest and recharge. As time passed quickly, it was important to us to give, not an opinion, but a little touch of sincerity on the setting, the welcome and the personality of our Host! Everything was in accordance with the text and photos. Except perhaps the human warmth and distinction of Didier, which cannot be described, but shared. Take the time to discover it, it's a beautiful interlude.

There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

These are the best apartments I have stayed in Paris, with the most thoughtful host!

Lien is very responsive to pick up our time of arrival that she could easily handle the time for our checkin. She has clear instructions of the apartment and easy access. The apartment is spacious for 2 persons, including a room witb toilet, a bathroom and a kitchen. All amenities (excluded toothbrush) provided in the apartment and the laundry is free to use. The location is 10 minutes walk from metro convention station, very convenience to connect to other lines that tourist would love to visit. This is highly recommend apartment in Paris with 100% safety.

Spotless spaces, great host.

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!

Isobel was always very helpful and available. The house is stunning and located in a beautiful area, with all services close by. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays. The interiors are tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail and style

We really enjoyed our stay at Jerome’s place. The movie collection is pretty impressive and the home theater was amazing, we definitely felt at home. Jerome is also a very responsive and friendly host, communication was very smooth and painless.
