Let’s talk about PARADISE! Nino went above and beyond! We were undoubtably nervous as we were due to arrive on the island in the middle of the night. Unexpectedly, Nino sent us pictures and directions in the middle of the night to ensure our arrival was seamless. Her reassurance was comforting, and the check-in process was a breeze. The house was exactly as described. It was spotless, comfortable, & there were even little personalized touches for us. The house was well equipped with everything you could need to include the things you didn’t even know you needed! Water toys were available including life jackets, kayaks & snorkeling gear. Some days we didn’t even leave the backyard! The location was ideal for enjoying the local culture & meeting some of the nicest, most genuine people. Nino provided amazing recommendations, which were walking distance from the house. If you want paradise vibes, Nino’s spot is it & if you don’t stay there, you will be missing out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The view is even nicer in person. We checked in right around golden hour and as soon as we walked in the front door we were both at awe with the beautiful and peaceful view. Javier responded promptly to every message and questions we had. The check in and check out was smooth. The only tiny drawback was that at night there was a huge caravan of motorcycles and atv’s that passed by at night. Very loud for about 3 minutes but it was cool. Javier even put ear plugs in the welcome basket which was really funny when I realized as to why. Overall a great experience and that shouldn’t deter anyone from staying here. I would absolutely recommend it to friends and family to stay here.

A very pleasant weekend, a cozy place, quiet and very adjacent to restaurants, supermarket and areas of interest. One of the best beaches just a few steps away, in short everything we needed to enjoy as a family.

This is a great place to stay for a small group. It is a beautiful walk down to the beach, and restaurants and shops are steps away.

Excellent location and place! We came with our kids during off season so we were the only ones on the premises. We had the pool and play area all for ourselves. Very clean and well maintained place. Lots of towels and fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay!

Great value for money—the place is huge! Beautiful view and had beach supplies as well which was nice. Apagones (blackouts) are common on that side of the island in particular, we learned, but the building has a backup generator. Eddie was prompt to respond and gave us guidance for things outside his control (like where to find the stairs in case the generator didn’t turn on)

The place is very nice, you have all what you need to have a pleasant stay. Everything was as described and as showed in the photos. Is a very beautiful and well mantained place. If you are looking for a place in this area I highly recommend it.

I will start by saying that Isamarie's house was beautiful and huge. I love everything about this house, the gated door at the front and how quiet the apartment complex was, also the apartment was extremely clean and everything was just perfect. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were extremely clean and they smell amazing!! Another feature that I love, was the French doors to the back patio..every morning, I would open the curtains and I would enjoy the natural light from outside while I drank a cup of coffee! oh, and I give Isamarie a 100 rating for providing coffee! Yes, Coffee! It's the little things like that.. that count for me!! I'm so happy that she had rules for me to follow before I check out from her apartment. This Apartment/Condo is just beautiful and I honestly didn't want to leave the apartment. I also loved that the apartment was on the 1st floor. Another detail that really stood out from Isamarie, was how responsive she was to any of my questions or concerns.

The home was beautiful. Our stay was great. The pool, the town, the activities. We loved it all. Only issue for us was that the home was a little hard to find since they all looked the same and we didn’t understand the separate nuclei (sections). We tried to enter the wrong #18 and didn’t know how to operate the lock box at first. We thought from the description we were staying at beach front property. It was very beautiful but we thought we’d see and be able to walk right into a beach, not a bay of protected areas. Maybe a lot of our misunderstanding and naivety. The home and stay were very satisfying. We had a grand time.

Amazing place, very roomy for a family of four. If you’re looking for a quiet spot but good driving distance to the best beaches in the South West of PR, this is the place to stay. Dorkas was very friendly and responded to my questions immediately. The view from the balcony is also beautiful. The beds are very comfortable, take it from somebody who has back problems. I would love to come back.

The video tutorial for self-check-in was incredibly helpful and made the process seamless. The condo's gated entry and well-maintained premises, complete with an elevator, instilled a sense of security. The apartment was spotless, and the thoughtful goody basket added a nice touch. The actual view surpassed our expectations by miles. Jose's place thoughtfully provided beach essentials, and the comfortable beds and spacious living area made our stay enjoyable for our family of four. We had the pool all to ourselves, making the experience even more delightful. This place is perfectly located, with restaurants, the beach, and a supermarket with an attached bakery all within reach. I highly recommend Jose's Place for its convenient amenities and surroundings.

Wonderful apartment, spacious with a lovely view of the beach. We were very comfortable and happy in the apartment and everything was in order. Looking forward to repeating the visit.

Great vacation rental! Location is perfect for easy access to Combate Beach. Apartment was just as described and equipped for a perfect stay. Complimentary coffee and detergent were added pluses. Communication with hosts was easy and precise. Definitely on the list for repeat rentals! Will not disappoint!

Excellent location, in a central area with many activities both day and night, excellent restaurant. The apartment is small but cozy.

Very good location and beautiful view of the ocean from the bedrooms. Waking up to that view every morning was incredible. Within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and a super market across the street.

Truly enjoyed my stay, Nataly was very responsive and apartment is beautiful and conveniently located near everything. I would rent again!
