Angel was responsive and helpful. The place was great with a nice view and everything that was listed in the listing was available. Would come back for sure. And, if you’re a birder, Puerto Rican Nightjar called outside every night and Antillean Nightjar in the evenings as well.

Great homebase to explore the south coast around Ponce. We wanted a location that would give us easy access to the Ponce area but also the coastal towns along the southwest. This place fit the bill and also had great amenities, especially the washer dryer and the pool.

Great location with easy access to the main plaza that has many shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The apartment was very well taken care of and my family felt right at home. Also, Stefany was very responsive to the couple of questions we had!

David’s place was worth every penny. He was very easy to communicate with and helpful. The house was beautiful and we had so much space. I was very impressed with the welcome packet provided to us, it was the perfect place to spend a weekend away from home and súper conveniently located to the marina and local restaurants. Thank you David.

The house is was 5 minutes from La Paguera businesses and boat rental we were using. Also there was a well-stocked pharmacy 1-2 mins away by car, which was helpful. When we arrived there was an Island wide black out which lasted over 24 hours. Luckily the house had solar power reserve battery so we were perfectly comfortable sleeping at night with AC and able to take care of all the essentials. I was anxious but the host was very responsive and helpful. It was the "best" black out I could have hoped for. Bedrooms were comfortable. The house was stocked with just the very basics, as advertised, but very comfortable. The street was a nice quite and safe development. We and the kids were very happy. Thank you1

Somewhat quiet neighborhood for the most part except for the barking neighbor dogs were somewhat problematic just about every morning. Pool was clean and loved using it. Inside was good. A/C worked great and nice table and chairs on deck for eating and playing cards. This is a great place to stay and it was very easy to do day trips to all the beaches nearby.

I loved this place!! My favorite place to stay at thus far especially because of the vibe. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was a private, beautiful place to stay in but definitely a place that you might want to rent a car for just because it’s farther than walking distance from the downtown area. Take into consideration that the hot tub needs quite a bit of time to warm up! Thank you so much! The place was exactly as shown and very welcoming.

Great location with a very spacious comfortable apartment. Needs hand soap in the bathrooms as well as regular soaps, sheets and blankets for the living room sofa and more toilet paper. Overall great price and location, La Parguera is a wonderful village with easy access to nearby beautiful beaches.

I've had great experiences in most of the places my family and I have chosen. However, José's constant attention and communication were key to making us feel that we were in a safe place where we were going to have everything we needed. We felt at home! Many good things to highlight: VIP access to the pool, the perfect sheets, the comfort of the mattresses, the cleanliness, access to the village, the recommendations he offered us to experience the bay and the restaurant to eat. Thank you and thank you. We will definitely be back. Blessings and peace.

Even though there was an island-wide power outage, Jocelyn kept us well-informed and maintained great communication throughout. Thankfully, the electricity was restored, and we were able to enjoy a wonderful stay. Her attentiveness made all the difference!
