Very nice rural accommodation suited us perfectly for event in Manakau.

A lovely holiday home for families & friends. Great privacy & quiet neighbours. The home is very well renovated with all the amenities you need. Little extras like breakfast cereal & coffee pods made us feel welcome and at home. Would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay and were made to feel very welcome with wine and chocolate upon arrival, a lovely surprise. Easy communication with host. A clean, comfortable and homely batch with all the necessary amenities. Felt very private and safe with a great sized garden to relax in. Perfect for our weekend away by the beach. Our group of 5 women celebrating our 40th birthdays had a wonderful time. The home is even better than pictured. The quality of furnishing and the home itself is outstanding. The polished concrete floors and new carpet upstairs are stunning. The "garden" is so much more than that. It is a stunning, expansive outside space, large lawns and orchard to wander through, a secret vege garden, and of course the large spa to enjoy it all in. Alice had excellent communication before and during our stay, and was very responsive when we had an issue. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our stay at Birdsong cottage was perfect - clean and tidy cottage within a forest like garden. Birds were singing in the morning too which added to the name of the cottage. Location was great, less than 10km drive to the Rose & Smith venue which we were attending a wedding at so distance was perfect. Peter & Lynda are also super responsive and helpful. The place was cozy and comfy, especially with the spa pool as well. Can highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time we stay in Featherston.

Beautiful spacious home which was perfect for our needs. Great family home with plenty of space both inside and outside with fully equipped kitchen. Stones throw to the train station so easy to get in and out of Wellington. Close to Petone where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Highly recommend it.

The check in was very happy, the host gave me everything I needed, and the communication was also very smooth The house was very nice and clean I would stay again next time

This place is both huge and right in the centre of the action. Perhaps not for those who struggle with stairs (two flights up, no elevator) or are light sleepers (all manner of rubbish trucks and delivery trucks in the laneways at night), it was absolutely perfect for our work team of five. Huge bedrooms with comfortable beds and crisp linen and a massive open plan living space with couches and little nooks to get some alone time space. The hosts were amazing and proactive and we’ll certainly be back!

Loved our stay! We love when an Airbnb has character and we felt like we were in someone’s home, in the best way. As others have noted, the kitchen is very well appointed (though there is great food everywhere in this fantastic location). Beds are so cozy, loved the sauna, and greatly appreciated the parking spot. Sally was a great host!

We rented Sally's house for a family reunion, with family coming from overseas. Overall, the place was great for our purposes. The house was very tidy and clean, supplied with everything we expected. Also, Sally set the house up with details that made us feel quite welcome. From the beginning, Sally was friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were private, two of them with their own bathrooms and decks. We spent most of the time in the lounge and kitchen on the third floor, where we also had decks with great views. Big TV screen, cable and other entertainments. I would strongly recommend it.

I really can't speak highly enough of our stay at Michaels. Right from the start he shared information and responded quickly to questions. We had been traveling and staying in other accommodations but this was such a stand-out and incredible value. I will definitely try and stay here again. Beautiful views and great walks on the beach, We enjoyed the spa and amazing sunsets. There was the best little cafe next door where we ate every morning and then dinner at the Waterfront cafe at night. I wished we had booked for longer as it was so refreshing and peaceful. Michael is a really good host and thought of everything. We had milk in the fridge upon arrival, extra towels and a face cloths plus many other good features. Sadly so many other places did not do this, charged the same as Michael but just didn't deliver. Thank you so much Michael and hopefully we will be back again. Highly highly recommend a stay.

Amazing Amazing and Amazing! To wake up to this view was out of this world! Then having the awesome access to the beach. Everything you require is at the house….may be a little more expensive than some of the other Kapiti properties. But it is worth every penny! Thanks Julie and Kelly (the very helpful site Manager)

Magical! We adored our long weekend here. The perfect getaway for some relaxation and beautiful surroundings. Our kids loved the animals and us adults loved all the games and hot tub. Will absolutely visit again.

We loved our stay here! The place was beautiful and the backyard was incredible with big beautiful trees for privacy as well as a great pool and tennis court. The house is well spread out for a big group and Angela’s communication was perfect. Will definitely be recommending to others :)

Great location, handy to Botanic Gardens, local shops, central city and great access to motorway out of town and to airport. Drive on access with parking was very helpful. Sunny in the mornings and good heating when the weather turned cold. Kitchen very well supplied with everything that you need.

Nessa and Stefan were the besthosts! They made us feel welcome, comfortable as soon as we arrived. We actually took up an offer to stay in their beautiful home in Belmont as the Boulcott home was given to a couple who booked and needed to extend their stay. I highly recommend a stay with them or in their Boulcott property as they go out of their way to provide the perfect stay in immaculate and comfortable surroundings. Stefan’s coffee and home made honey and breakfast cereals were exceptional! A 10/10 stay with 10/10 hosts! Thank you for your hospitality and friendly conversations. All the best.

Beautiful old house. Pics on here don't do the place justice, heaps of space and very comfy bed. Super close to the centre and within walking distance of all the places you'd want in Upper Hutt.

We had a fantastic stay at Wei’s place! The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Communication with Wei was seamless—quick responses and very accommodating to any questions we had. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant experience!

This is an absolutely stunning house. The views are amazing, access to the beach, three beautiful bedrooms, well stocked kitchen with all cooking facilities and utensils we needed, etc. Easy parking, access to excellent cafes and local takeaways. Highly recommended to all. This was just what we needed.
