This spacious 1 bedroom unit is in an upscale neighborhood and just a 10 minute walk to the beach & public transportation. It is fully air conditioned and can sleep 4 adults 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. Spacious yard and beautifully landscaped. Restaurants & shopping plazas are all within walking distance (20-25 minutes). We also have rental cars available. It is a family environment so bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is super clean, extremely well-equipped, and spacious – perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. One of the best hosts I’ve ever met – always available, kind, and full of great tips. The beaches are just 5 minutes away on foot, and if you’re looking for the most beautiful one, Love Beach is only 10 minutes away by bus. The neighborhood is a bit out of the city center, but it’s quiet and peaceful – perfect to relax. I would definitely come back!

This was a great location for me, my wife, and our two boys (ages 5 and 7). Vernette was incredibly helpful with any questions we had and went above and beyond by providing us with complimentary food, snacks, and drinks—very kind and generous Her property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with keypad-gated entry. We rented a car for the trip, and the location made it super easy to get to Paradise Island, all the beaches, and downtown Nassau. The large private pool was perfect for our 5-year-old, who's still learning to swim—one side is shallow enough for him to feel safe (and after a week, he was almost a pro!). The deeper end was a hit with our 7-year-old, who loved showing off with jumps and dives. We took full advantage of the kitchen and outdoor grill—it was great to be able to cook and enjoy some meals at home. I'd highly recommend Vernette's house if you're planning an extended stay in Nassau and are looking for something quieter and more private than the big island resorts

We had a wonderful 9-day stay at this amazing house in Nassau. It’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with easy access and parking. We rented a car and had no trouble exploring the area. Any questions we had were quickly and kindly addressed. On our first day, we had a bit of trouble accessing the house, but it was resolved promptly. Thank you for everything!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! We spent a lot of time out back on the porch and sundeck. There wasn't a ton of shade and the beach swimming was a bit rocky so water shoes and sun shirts were helpful for those of us who had them. The first floor living area was also very spacious and comfortable for meals and relaxing in the evenings. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were on the 2nd floor and 2 other bedrooms with a shared bathroom were on the 3rd. This allowed us to spread out and have enough space for all. Michelle and the property team were really tremendous in their customer service and support. Thanks for being so helpful and welcoming!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Marco and Lauren's cottage on the ocean! Both Marco and Lauren were extremely friendly and responsive - answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Having access to the house manual digitally before our trip was amazing as it helped us plan some excursions! The unit was just as described - even better actually! The backyard access directly to the Caribbean Sea was amazing and we spent a lot of time snorkeling and sunning in the backyard! Very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. We loved being away from all the crowds! Definitely rent a car to explore the island. One of our favorite places we have stayed - with ocean access that can't be beat! We will absolutely be back!

We had a family trip for spring break in March. The accommodations were comfortable, and clean. There were multiple beach towels available in each shower had shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The condo sits in a beautiful spot on the most gorgeous beach. A couple steps right down to the most gorgeous blue water. Loretta also provided 2 standup paddle boards and some flotation devices for the most ultimate relaxing experience. The swimming pool was also great at the facility. I highly recommend this condo and also Barbara, the property manager was exceptional. The area felt very safe in a gated residential community. There are multiple restaurants and even a grocery store you could walk to. I can’t say enough good things about our recent stay!! Thank you!!

Beautiful, relaxing and comfortable spot. Wendy is a great local host who takes really good care of her place and has great recommendations. The bed is comfortable and room was clean, updated and relaxing. Would recommend getting a car to get around. Would definitely stay again!

We had a very nice stay, 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 4). Loved the paddleboard/ chairs/umbrella/sand toys provided. Being right on the beach and with the pool is amazing! Only downside for me was at times the area / beach didn't feel super safe. On the weekend, a big party of locals came to the beach via an alley a few houses down. No fault of the owners, but something to be aware of if you have small kids. We just rolled with it. The dishwasher broke, but the owner was very responsive to come address it, as they were with any other request we made during our stay! The beach is beautiful right around the home, but several homes in the area are boarded up / fenced, and marked no trespassing. This is common around the island, I didn't anticipate it being like that right by this house though. The other families in the units were amazing and we made friends and always felt good knowing there were other visitors just next door.

Caroline is a fantastic host. She is very attentive and will help you with whatever you need. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is a 10 minute walk to Cabbage Beach through beautiful surroundings. Cabbage Beach is not crowded but very big and the sand is perfect. Lots to do in the area. Just walk towards the Atlantis Hotel and you will see many stores and restaurants. The back yard was awesome; we spent most of our time out there. The price was very reasonable considering The Bahamas is a very expensive place. We highly recommend this apartment.
