⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this two-storey house! With two spacious bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms, it was perfect for our family gathering. The garage was a great bonus, providing ample space for our vehicles and any extra items we brought along. We hosted several memorable events during our stay, including my son's birthday party and my mom's send-off celebration. The layout of the house allowed for easy flow and plenty of room for everyone to mingle comfortably. Our family, including my mom, stepdad, his son, and grandson, all felt right at home. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a spacious and welcoming place to stay. We will definitely be back for future gatherings!

We had a really great stay! The place was cozy and we immediately felt at home. Kitchen was complete and we were able to prepare a small Christmas feast while we were there. Also appreciated the level of security that we had. It's nice to know that we have a working cctv 24/7. Highly recommended!

The unit is very clean,spacious, secure and peaceful. Check in and check out process is seamless and smioth. Near to few establishments and there’s a nearby sari-sari store also. There are also provided gallons of mineral drinking water for free. Ms. Vea and Ms. Katherine are very responsive hosts, also provided local recommendations and proactive in giving reminders. There was a water shortage that happened during our stay and Ms. Vea immediately addressed it. I will surely book this place again in the future should I need to be close again within the premises. Thank you po Ms. Vea and Ms. Katherine, and apologies po again regarding the confusion about our booking count on our part.

My boyfriend and my grandmother stayed with me here while I did some research for my thesis. My grandma had nothing but compliments about the place! She actually wants to buy blinds similar to theirs now 😂 It was really clean and I’m impressed with how cool the indoor air was despite closing the door, probably because the flooring is all made of tiles. Super easy check-in, clear instructions, and the place was easy to find because of the landmark. Essentials like towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, and soap were provided. Such a great place to stay! They were very responsive and accommodating too! 💖

Kimberly is the best Airbnb host I've interacted with ever since I've been using the app for a decade. She is very friendly, thoughtful, responsive and kind with our requests. We really love her place, it is so complete, I was even able to find a cloth steamer which really rescued me since the steamer I brought is not working anymore and it was our prenup! Overall, it was a great place to stay especially if you have an event in Lakeshore.

The tonwhouse is at a quiet village which is very peaceful if you wanted to get out of the city's busy life. There are nearby groceries and coffee shops as well. Grab can reach the village too. Overall our stay is good and the house looks very new and well maintained.

Amazing 3 night stay at Dane’s Transient House. The host was really helpful and was always available to answer all my questions. Super easy to check in. Just let them know your ETA arrival and they will be there to let you in. The accommodation was just like the pictures. Super clean and has everything you need for your stay. Janeth and Kimberly helped me a lot and recommended me a tricycle driver and they also gave us some pandesal, super kind of them ❤️ We will definitely book again next year! It was a good stay for me and my family. The place is good save from minor issues like slow cooling of aircon in the second floor (it functioned well later in the evening). The air condition in the living room functioned well so most of us stayed in the living room. The place is nearby Clark Safari and Aqua Planet (that's why we chose this one), as well as convenience store and other stores selling ready-to-eat food. Overall, the place is recommendable for a family. Thank you Christopher and your caretaker for assisting us. God bless.

We book Bengs place for our Pinatubo Trip its a bit of drive but its also one of the nearest place you can stay plus Its also cheap for its size its an actual house with complete amenities. The community in the house is also nice lots of place to eat. it is also near clark so you can easily go there to eat and have some coffee. We really enjoyed our stay.

Kinda hard to find the location because the pin is different. Globe data is weak. The place is big. Beds, kitchen, sofa, TV are so nice. They have netflix, too. Everything you need is there.
