Martha's place was absolutely awesome, everything was clean, it smelled amazing. We stayed on days that weren't too hot and the blankets were warm. The pool was amazing, we paid to warm it up and we were not disappointed. The kitchen has everything you need and there were also recommended places if you need anything in the fridge door. I absolutely recommend it, you will not be disappointed

Everything was so clean. lacks maintenance on some things like a blind or the humidity due to the weather. But overall, those who welcomed me were kind, answered questions and were pending. The house is spacious and very nice. 12 people fit extremely comfortable. Everything was very good, I would definitely come back.

We loved the apartment! It was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and safe. The location is ideal, with supermarkets, convenience stores and other services nearby. Communication with María Elena and Sergio was excellent; they were always available and attentive to our questions. Definitely worth it, we hope to return soon!

It was a nice place to be, something removed from the center and bustle, really to relax, in my case the weather was not favorable so I could not make use of the pool.

I stayed for a month in this beautiful little community. The apartment was clean, colorful and very charming! The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom shower and toilet worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the TV had multiple streaming services. But what was most impressive were the grounds! The garden and pool are absolutely gorgeous and the upkeep was IMPECCABLE! Everything green and verdant and the pool was always spotless! The moment a leaf fell in there was a groundskeeper there to fish it out. I was amazed! Also if you are a cat lover like me there are four cats that live in the community and wander the grounds. One in particular, named Sombras, was one of the friendliest cats I have ever met! He visited me many times each day for affection and treats. Although I have my own cat at home I already miss Sombras! I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Cuernavaca. It is such a lovely place to spend vacation time!

We loved the place, very quiet, the pool if something cold but with the quick heat you thank it. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and the perfect area to go for a walk with our dogs.

Comfortable for long stay, we were a week at ease, good distribution of the place (a +plus the 2 bathrooms). Quiet and safe fractionation, the guards were friendly for access. We especially liked the location, close to the city center (walking at approx. 20 min or by car 5 min, depending on the traffic). Many places to visit: museums, cafes, handicrafts, as well as supermarkets and shopping squares a short distance away.

Francisco's apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and extremely peaceful being at the rear of the building. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We did not have hot water on the second day of our stay. Within 15 minutes of notifying Francisco of the issue, his handyman was at our door and re-lit the pilot light in the hot water heater. We would highly recommend Francisco for your stay in Cuernavaca. We will definitely be booking Francisco's unit again on our next trip to Cuernavaca. Thanks so much Francisco for a wonderful stay.

EXCELLENT ACCOMMODATION, Isabel was always clear and very flexible, an excellent host, the location is luxurious and is a very nice apartment, she makes you feel at home. Definitely if I go back to cuernavaca I would stay here once more 👍

the apartment is very nice, it has everything except air conditioning although as it was in winter there was no need for air conditioning, the kitchen has everything there is a lot of fastes, the area is very quiet and the neighbors are very friendly, I would return again
