Absolutely beautiful stay. The house was exactly as shown and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. We cooked in house a few nights and the kitchen was well equipped. All questions or issues were promptly resolved by the host. We would definitely return for another stay.

Erik’s place is very centrally located. Less than 10 mins walk to the center of San Jose. On a busy street but completely gated and fenced in. The house is very modern and clean. Plenty of space for us. We were only there for 2 nights but it was the perfect spot for what we needed.

Stayed here with the family to celebrate my 40th bday. Had an amazing time, Issac and Fanny were awesome, whenever we needed anything they were always responsive and helpful. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with my family, will definitely be back.

The place was clean and quiet. Good for our 1 night stay. The kitchen could use some new pots/pans as the teflon was very scratched up but otherwise we managed to cook our meals. Jazziel was friendly, helpful and answered fairly quick to my questions. note the directions are a little bit off. Just keep driving up the hill until you see the big Joayes De Cortes sign, turn left, then right. that will take you to the gate and security will let you in.

We loved staying here! It was so convenient to so many things and we felt right at home! Very stocked with helpful supplies! Overall would stay again!

The house is so pretty and close to our favorite beach and downtown. The pool is fantastic. We had a dead car battery and the guards at the entrance helped us, no problem. The neighborhood is quiet and private and close to shopping. We want to go back asap and stay here if available. Beautiful!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

This house is in a great location. There are great views of the town, marina, bay, and mountains. The neighborhood (Pedregal) is beautiful and charming, with excellent security. It is a modest walk to the downtown/Marina area (with many restaurants). It's a bit of a hike to get to the beach, but the Pedregal beach is wonderful (no swimming though). We also were able to hike from the house to Lover's Beach/Divorce Beach (must climb over some rocks), and to Mt. Solmar (great views!). The space itself is very nice. We liked the modern hacienda style. It is a separate floor of a larger "villa", with good privacy. The kitchen is nice and well equipped (with dish washer), the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and attractive. The living area in comfortable (though not large). The terrace is very large and well furnished (I only wish it had more shade). There is a washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This home has absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful week as a family of four. Quiet, clean, private and well equipped, we enjoyed the space immensely and appreciated the spacious layout for our relaxation. Amenities such as umbrella and beach chairs saved us so much for all of our beach time. The host was very responsive to any questions of ours that came up. Would absolutely come back to this house!

This was the nicest air bnb we have ever stayed in! The view is just incredible! The house is nice, beautiful and spacious! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Arsen was awesome to work with and Jorge took awesome care of us and kept in contact the whole week were there and even helped us booking a catamaran and dinner reservations! These guys are great and the house is great! We will be back!!

We felt at home right away. This house is beautifully decorated, the outdoors living spaces are really amazing. We had the beach just for us and the views from the house are second to none. Elizabeth was here when we arrived, she was very friendly and communicated with us along the way. She also resolved any small logistics issue we had instantly. We absolutely recommend this place.

Lovely home with a beautiful outdoor area and beach view. We felt extra safe in this gated community. A little ways from down town Cabo, so a car rental was a must. Quiet neighborhood very much appreciated. Pool access was wonderful, but would recommend a gate for little kids. It would also be nice to have the heated jacuzzi/pool included in the price. Nonetheless, our group enjoyed our stay in this breathtaking home.

Johnny and Alex were top notch from the moment we booked our stay. They promptly answered our questions and gave us great advice on what to do, where to eat, where to buy groceries, and a trustworthy driving service so we didn't have to. Parking is safe and close by. The outdoor space is fantastic. The condo is clean, comfortable, and offers plenty of room for two families to have both communal and private space.

Excellent option if you visit the cabos, the private pool always available and clean, many accessories in the house that provide to make the stay more pleasant and comfortable, the location is excellent since it is a private, safe and easily accessible, has good view and supermarkets nearby, away from the noise of the road, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with a bathroom nearby, the beds were sufficient, and good size, there are also more pillows or sheets available if required. We would definitely rent there again.

Great place to stay with a group of people, each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is very close to downtown and the beach. The deck off of the living room has a great view of the ocean and is very relaxing. Scott the host was very helpful even brought an ice chest for us to use on the beach. Felt very safe as it is in a gated neighborhood with a guard at the gate 24 hours a day. I plan on staying again in the future. See you soon Cabo!

Me and a group of my girlfriends stayed here for my 30th birthday trip. It was an exceptional experience! The pictures honestly don’t even do this air bnb justice. Such an incredible place to relax and unwind. Each room is private so would be a great spot for a couples trip or a girls trip. The pool was amazing and there are so many wonderful places to lounge around. Being 6 young women, we felt incredibly safe sleeping at night and just utilized Ubers to get to Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. The property manager and owner were very responsive to our needs while there and provided great recommendations. Additionally, the individuals who maintained the pool/Jacuzzi were also very kind and provided great recommendations when they were helping maintain the pool one morning we were there. If you’re considering booking, especially for a get away with friends or couples, I would recommend! As a bonus, the sunrises were amazing from multiple points on the property!!

Great nice layout---central location in terms of using for professionals...(not not close to the beach) if you have transportation not a big issue...very large downstairs---and VERY NICELY detailed--comfortable---loved the stay, kitchen, living room---will stay here again.

Dulce was a very friendly host, she was helpful when needed and very quick in replying! The house is huge and very nice!

The pictures really don’t do it justice. This place was beautiful and it was so clean. The rooms were a great size and we had everything we needed. We ended up staying at the house most of the time because it was so perfect. Geraldine was so helpful from the day I booked up until the end. The chef they had selected for us (Ulysses Cabo Experience) was truly the best. Ulysses and Miriam were so nice and such a pleasure to be around and cooked the most amazing food and would leave everything spotless. There were no bad things to say about the house. The neighborhood was beautiful and had food nearby. The neighborhood had very friendly people and we met other air bnb guests from other homes that were very nice. One neighbor did tell us we were loud but we just had to be super mindful of the neighbor which isn’t a bad thing but harder to do since the fun things to do are in the front of the house. Since we loved the house we stayed as chill as we could. It was safe and a good time.

Before even talking about Casa M, we need to talk about Marco first. The man is the best host I have ever had. He helped us with everything from getting around with taxi drivers to helping answer any question I asked. I would choose Marco over any other host on Airbnb. Second, Casa M is absolutely gorgeous. The pool with an amazing sunset view is an absolute sight. The master bedroom is amazing, and also it sleeps many people so that you can share the experience with many of your friends. Third, the amenities are amazing. There was the sweetest cleaning lady who came every morning and helped with everything. The pool and hot tub was absolutely amazing and Marco even provided some sun screen. Overall, this was my best stay in an Airbnb and I would recommend Marco as a 100/10 option.

This house is incredibly spacious and tidy, located in a private community. It offers all the essentials for a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic, with welcoming neighbors and staff. If you prefer not to visit the small private beach, the pool is a fantastic alternative. You’ll also find the marina and excellent restaurants just a short distance away. The host is attentive and friendly, making this place highly recommended.
