Jovica is a great host. Great communication and recommendations. The place is spotless, great location, clean and very practical. We enjoyed the place and Banja was extremely close, by car for 5 minutes by car, and yet far from the noise. Ideal for getting away from everyday minimum stay for 3 nights. Our kids slept great and are already looking forward to their next arrival. all recommendations.10++++ Thank you Jovice again for your wonderful hospitality.

The accommodation is great, very comfortable bed, sparkly clean. Very responsive host. Had all listed amenities. Beautiful nature surroundings and quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time staying in this appartment. Everything is as on the pictures, the location is very good, peaceful, walkable and there's a lot of things to visit in ans around Sokobanja. The appartment was clean, bright, new, warm and it had everything necessary inside. We highly reccomend it!

we have been for 3 days and enjoyed 3 days. The entrance to the aqua park is right next to the door. Parking can easily be across the street at the shopping center. ( for the levers it is free). Nice park around the corner at a 1-minute walk animal garden right next to it. 5 minutes a very nice etno restaurant with a very tasteful menu.

Very nice and sparkling clean place to stay within walking distance from the Zoo, shopping plaza, park and museum... The host was quick to assist and very kind!

We stayed for one night. Great place near the highway exit. We received a warm welcome, a shop tip, and a restaurant. In the morning as well as notification of columns and counting the time reserve at the border. 👍🤗 The apartment looked even better than the photos. Absolutely clean, scented, cozy, looked like new. Everything is practical, absolutely functional. Peace and quiet, which we really appreciated. Great beds. The garden was like a balm after a long drive. Not only for adults, beautiful seating, but also for children ( trampoline, ball, swings, ...) In fact, we were happy and sorry we only stayed for one night. We can only recommend it to everyone.
