New and stately condominiums, a very clean and functional place to stay. Check-in and check-out operations are very easy.

Apartment with elegant and clean rooms, with beautiful common terrace. Great service with flexible check-in. In the evening, it's best to reach it by taxi.

Maria was welcoming and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. The apartment was lovely with lots of local information , we were able to explore the historic part of the city which was vibrant and bustling. We did some trips further afield , trains and buses were easy to get around . There was a small local shop which was noisy at times but always quietened between9-10 pm . Lovely bakery a short walk away with yummy cakes, pastries and savouries.

I highly recommend this location! Mikhail and his wife are great, friendly and kind hosts. The place is located very close to the city center, it is modern, comfortable and clean. I will gladly return to this location in the next visits to Palermo.
