Nice apartment, very spacious, and it looks exactly like the photos. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The host’s team gave clear instructions, and check-in was easy. It’s not our first time staying at Arcoris, as the location is great, with several shopping malls just 3-4 minutes away by foot and multiple cafes nearby. Overall, this apartment offers great value for the price!

Love the house. Beautiful paintings, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We enjoyed the solid round dining table, on which we had a big family dinner. There are chess sets and board games for young kids. Too bad I didn’t have time to try the jacuzzi and sauna, which are attached to the master bedroom. Just less than 3 mins drive outside, there were many local restaurants and eateries. We especially like the Xin Teochew Seafood porridge — good healthy breakfast for elderly parents and they loved their vietnamese coffee.

Great stay! It looked even better than what is posted and smells sooo great. The host is very responsive too! Theres alot of kitchen utensils to be used and spices were left too; so light cooking was not a hustle. Thanks!!

The utilities provided were so complete. Sufficient table clothes, cutlery, toiletries, tables, chairs, parkings and etc. Kitchen is complete too, good enough for cooking. I think the host managed it well, suitable for group staycation. Children enjoyed the pool and BBQ so much. There’s a small playground and park in the neighbourhood, can play futsal/volleyball/kite etc. But not a closed area, you might need to chase over your ball for endless time. The only weakness might be the living room Airconditioner is a small one and it takes time to cool up the space if it’s many people. Overall very satisfied with the stay, thank you so much for hosting!

Elaine’s house was even more wonderful than the photos! Spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, with every amenity provided. The photos won’t be able to share the experience of the wonderful smell of live plants and nature. I awoke to the sound of sparrows chirping around the outdoor deck! Felt like I was in Australia! There’s a personal gas/charcoal BBQ with all equipment provided, as well as air fryer and some pots to cook in. Cutlery and utensils all thoughtfully provided. Loved the island kitchen sink top! The private pool overlooks the ocean, with a shower and spray if you need to clean up. It rained the night before but water was warm and very clean! Outdoor pavilion was also set up for shade. Rooms are spacious, each equipped with its own large smart TV. We couldn’t stop our children from snuggling together to watch cartoons. Bathrooms were clean and well equipped with both bath and hand towels, soap and shampoo. We will come back again if we ever drop by PortD!

Had my nikah at Forest Valley the day I had to checkout but Arif was very understanding of my desire to prolong my stay so I could do my makeup and hairstyle before heading to the hall around PM. We came to a compromise on pricing and everything went along smoothly, very thankful for the service and the how impeccably well kept the place was prepared for me and my family. A beautiful villa with nature atmosphere. The villa is close to the river and have large yard so you can do games there, hang out with friends or families. Have a barbecue n campfire would be great! For an improvement, upstairs bathroom is open type additional curtains must be there to cover the open area. Overall, it is an attractive and best villa👍

I had a really nice stay at Azizon's home.He was a very friendly and thoughtful host who gave us thoughtful touches.The arrangement of the room was very attentive and showed his attentiveness everywhere.The bathroom and kitchen are all very well equipped, clean, and made us feel so welcome.Azizon also paid special attention to our needs, providing lots of practical little tips and help to make our trip smoother.Whether it was the comfort of the room or the warm hospitality of the host, I was very satisfied with my stay.I will definitely come back to experience his wonderful hospitality if I have a chance!

Perfect and hassle free stay - from check-in until check-out. Instructions provided are clear and complete but in case you have questions, the host won’t mind to respond instantly. The unit was better than the pictures and it had all the basic necessities and toiletries. There’s even some complementary coffee and snacks which I found very appealing for an Airbnb (small things matter). The area is in a high end suburban area with a lot of top shopping malls and commercial areas that are within a 10-15 minute drive or Grab ride. As a foreigner living in Malaysia, I’d highly recommend this place for tourists - both foreign and local.

Nice stay. Great host. Only next time i hope host will provide some toilet paper or tissue. Other than that everything was very good.
