Overall our 6 days stay was really good and host is really helpful and responsive, checking in and out was a breeze and highly recommended, it is really convenient Lucientia Residences is connected to Lalaport Mall with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafe, food court, huge Jaya Grocer, lots of eateries, bars and not forgetting there’s Monorail and LRT just besides the mall, it is really worth the money, highly recommended. But I would like to highlight about the dining table rug it looks old, dirty and worn out, it is time to change it out, otherwise overall it is great ! 👍🏻😊

Awesome apartment in the heart of KL. We went for brunch at Feekah cafe, which is excellent, walked through the bustling markets and were able to also walk to Independence square easily. Really great place for a base. Uber rides made it easy to get around the city. Forgot to mention Petronas towers also walkable. The apartment itself is gorgeous with views exactly like the photos. Beds were super comfortable and the showers excellent. Great living space with big smart TV, so easy to crash at the apartment as well. Loved the layout and it really works as a base for the city. Would recommend this, love KL and love this apartment. Thanks Robin/Nicholas.

The house is clean & cosy. Amenities are well equipped. City view. There is a 24hours operating mini mart at the ground floor of condo, convenient to buy some food & beverage. Owner is very friendly & helpful. Highly recommended for those who want to stays for short trip.

The place was bigger than the pictures, so it was nice. If you take more detailed photos of the interior of the room, it will be easy when making a reservation. It was nice that there weren't many people in the pool. The location was good because it was right near Klcc Station. The host Hasil was also very responsive, so it was a satisfying experience. However, there were a lot of existing user's items in the refrigerator, so I think it would be perfect if only this part was cleaned up.

It was a very convenient place to go to school every day in a hotel near the school my daughter attends.It was a condominium connected to the Mont Kiara shopping mall, so it was in a great location to go to the supermarket and eat out anyway.I no longer have any worries about living my life in Malaysia for the first time. Anyway, the room type is stylish and clean.I was just staring at my friend's mom staying in another condo, but it was clearly a wall painting compared to other rooms, candles next to the TV, and the detailed decor was excellent.It was a bit pricey, but that made sense. Also, there was a TV in the bedroom, so we could enjoy a movie before going to bed. My daughter was also very happy and enjoyed Netflix and the owner's Akout. The wifi environment was also good, especially because of communication.Also, the dishes were prepared properly and clean, which was helpful. The toilet and bath were as clean as Japanese, and I was relieved. If you contact the owner in case of trouble, it will take a little time, but they will respond. I don't get a single attack and communicate like in Japan, but it feels like it moves by sending a number of things, so I think you need to listen persistently if you don't have a response. It is a little loose with the Japanese sense, so there is no problem if you understand it at first. They can take care of it, so it's okay!I recommend that you stay enthusiastic and persistent questions if you have any questions. I asked if the curtains came off on the way, and they responded a few days later.I was relieved that the owner did it himself and was not a stranger. I also want to use it for long-term stays in Malaysia. Just one minus. The frying pan and pot in the kitchen are cheap, so it would be helpful if you could upgrade it a little more.It was greasy and stuck on the frying pan, so there was a sense of luxury and a gap in the room.

I had a 2 days 1 night stay in this cozy home with my family and it was a pleasant experience. Mr Nik was super helpful and provided me clear explanation as to the location + directions to the house. The self check in and check out process was smooth and easy. The neighbourhood was quiet for which I personally find it as a plus point. We had a fantastic stay! Space & Cleanliness: The home was incredibly large and spotlessly clean. Pool: The private pool was a huge hit, especially with the adorable unicorn floaties! Kitchen: The kitchen was fully equipped with everything our large family needed for cooking. Living Area: The living room was spacious and comfortable. Host: The host was exceptionally attentive and responsive to all our needs. We were amazed and would definitely stay again.

Love the mini swimming pool and the location is just across the sea. Everything is clean except there is unpleasant smell and not so clean especially the upstairs balcony, could be caused by number of things but not a big problem to me as I brought so many perfumes and spraying all over the house. And at first I am so moody and tired as the particular airbnb page, showed a wrong location and adding 15min-20min to arrive an accurate location but its forgiven as I love the fast and excellent services by them 🙏

Our stay at Puncak Rimba is definitely memorable. The caretaker, Pak Nor is friendly accommodating and patient in answering our queries. The property is well maintained and comes with amenities that allow you to do simple cooking if you want to. The view is beautiful and the unit that we took is just next to a river. There is a swimming pool but we recommend spending time at the river. All in all, we had a great time at Puncak Rimba.

We had a good time gathering in Cherrie's place. The huge space and good weather made our stay enjoyable. There was attention to details - she prepared toiletries, skincare , charcoal, kitchen towel and complimentary yee sang. Do note that the water heater will take a while to heat. We strongly recommend this space for a short getaway.
