Overall a lovely getaway! The house felt like being at my grandmother’s home (a space I love). One consideration is the local fire department is very close by and when they have a call the sirens are loud. Not awful if it was just me, but my 7 month old had a hard time going back to sleep after it went off at 2 am. But, at least the couch was comfortable while I snuggled her back to sleep.

The Eden House was a lovely getaway for my friends and I. It was such a cute home in a lovely area, and beautiful scenery. The house was very clean and spacious!

We had a great time! It was the perfect size, very cozy, loved the game table (Foosball, pool and air hockey) all the games, fire pit. Kitchen was perfect, loved the 2 bathrooms and beds were very comfortable! View was gorgeous and it had a convenience store/gas pump 5 minutes away which was great since we were in the middle of nowhere! It was only 20 minutes from Luray, Fort Royal and Skyline drive. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this adorable home in Luray. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops easily. The house was clean, comfortable, and just darling. The host was so accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend this place!

It’s a very cute house, we really enjoyed our stay. We had no cell service but there is WiFi so it all worked out great! It’s the woods so there are some bugs inside but nothing too bad. It’s a great place, easy to get to as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

Really nice little house close to the caverns and national park. We stayed in winter and the house was a little chilly but they had a lot of blankets and heaters in every room. The house is updated and had everything we needed overall. They even had kid books and some board games, which we were very thankful for!

This was my third time staying at the North Hawksbill House, and it has been such a nice experience every time. Comfortable, quiet, and an easy walk from cafes and shops and a nice little trail by the water. It’s perfect for a getaway to one of the most beautiful parts of Virginia!

We had a great time with Nina. Her place was very nice, and I appreciated how secluded it was. It felt like a private apartment. As a host, she was very nice and super accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much, Nina!

We loved our stay! The host gave clear detailed driving directions on how to find it. She was easily to communicate with and answered our questions. The apartment (including bathroom) was very clean and nicely decorated. The thermostat was easy to control & responsive. The bed & mattress were comfy! The hot tub was clean & well maintained. Separate towels were provided for bath & hot tub. Shower had hot water and good water pressure. Overall lovely place and highly recommend!

The home was perfect and clean for an overnight on our long drive home after the holiday. Nice quiet area with pretty views. Sarah was super responsive. Also helped returning my son’s beloved lion he left behind. Great stay would def stay again. Thank you!!

Lovely clean and well equipped private space. Comfy bed with choices of blankets. Easy to find and enter. This is a fine space for a several night stay.

Such a great place to stay. We were impressed the whole time and they were very detailed about how to get to the location. It was very clean and comfortable. So grateful for the opportunity to stay there.

Enjoyed staying at Eric’s place with my friends. Felt right at home with the clean and spacious living room and bedrooms. If looking for a two bedroom place near Harrisonburg, would recommend! Beautiful Mountain View’s as well.

Perfect place for a weekend visiting any of the surrounding colleges. We went to a JMU football game and found the location close by to downtown and the campus!

The place is in a good location! Found out that some of the kitchen amenities were a bit on the fritz and if you are planning on making a big dinner I would bring some extra supplies! Very communicative host though ☺️

Great place, 1st floor is excellent and makes it easy and still gives a nice view. Big bedroom, great blankets (my wife wants to find the same they were so awesome), really.... All in all GREAT PLACE and GREAT PRICE !!

Bryce is a wonderful respite on the off season. Except for a few downhill mountain bikers late Sunday, it was quiet other than nature’s aviary of songbirds. The night sky was spectacular and worth the visit - just stunning. I was prepared for the restaurant to be closed on Monday/Tuesday so just cooked and walked - even bumped into a longtime retiree from the DC metro area who essentially said he and his wife never looked back. Comfortable studio with local tv stations and some good movies. Bring a good book. Better than a cabin - no bugs, a/c, running water and a nice private bath. Definitely worth the visit. Wish I’d had more than a 3 night stay.

This was a wonderful place for our family of 8, after traveling from Missouri to Virginia Great activities and layout. Shelby was very helpful to make sure we had space and handicap accessible area. Will use them again in the future

Great place with easy access to Bryce Resort. Oktoberfest and ski lift ride were walkable. Great hikes within 30 min drive. Smileys ice cream and pale fire brewing in Basye were 5 min away along with the community store. Looking forward to a winter stay for some skiing.

I loved my stay! The apartment was beautiful and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, walking distance from the lake trail, with a awesome hilltop view. I would return!

Great stay, everything matches with the description, Jenny and Ania were super friendly, communicating all the time to check if everything was fine with our stay. I toally recommend this place, and certainly will be back soon.
