Loved this place! Location was excellent, a 5 min walk to the beach and the deck was fantastic especially with the use of the umbrella. The rooms all had a fan each which was an extremely thoughtful touch and the overall vibe of the place was very clean and comfy. The toilet, shower and bath were all separated which was perfect for our big group and we will definitely book this place again in the future!

After staying at Benny's we feel like we have come back from a beautiful remote island getaway. The outdoor area was so lush and it was so peaceful, we loved sitting outside and listening to the ocean waves in the distance. My partner and I struggled to be out at the check out time due to Aimz Games and the hectic traffic there was on top of school drop off being a 45 min drive turning into an almost 2 hour drive.. But Benny was super helpful, even going as far as helping me to carry my luggage for me! we highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet getaway by the sea. Absolutely loved it, wish we could have stated longer!!

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

What a wonderful haven this is, quiet, surrounded by gorgeous trees and wild birds and massive storage especially in the big master bedroom. My husband and I were holidaying with my 90 year old Mum and it was perfect for this with no steps and easy access. Caleb was super friendly and his thoughtfulness at offering the loan of a wheelchair proved so helpful. The accomodation is private and self contained whilst being set amongst a wider family block. It was immediately obvious entering via the tree lined avenue that we were amongst high end properties with spacious grounds. During our visit, we especially enjoyed exploring McLaren Falls Park, biking along the river accessed via Miles Lane and visiting Decor Gardenworld, a beautiful garden centre with a tame Rainbow Lorikeet. All in all a wonderful visit to Tauranga. Thank you Caleb for a precious time with beautiful memories.

We just finished a great week at Tristen's place. We had everything we needed, it was clean, quiet and peaceful. Everything was pristine, washer and separate dryer were great. She had both AC, fans and heaters available for the fluctuating temperatures. Beautiful view of the starry sky at night. Close to major attractions. had a wonderful time, thank you!

We truly enjoyed our stay... was very comfortable and Alec and Anna are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and to all shops and services downtown... we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The Lakeside Loft exceeded my expectations - beautiful park views, easy access to several great restaurants and quiet at night once the chill bar scene quiets down. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Took us about 30 mins to receive all necessary information for the quickest checkin ever, booked it when we were 30 mins from arriving so became a stressful easy trip, very thankful

Thank you Rae & Rod for warmly hosting us! The luxurious set up & tasteful design was extraordinary. The home-made bottled peaches in the fridge along with other condiments was so kind and thoughtful. We had to the best night sleep ever on supper comfy bed & fresh linen. We can’t wait to visit again one day. Pleasure to meet you both loved the tour of the gardens and thank-you for the peaches fresh off the tree! Highly recommend. Lovely neat and tidy place to stay. Has everything you need plus more. My 3 and 5 year old loved the Kids books, toys, kids plates and utensils provided. Plus bucket and spade set for the beach. Thanks guys.

Great stay, clean house and comfortable beds!

A gorgeous, quiet and spacious spot in the stunning town of Rotorua. Perfect for unwinding after a day of fun activities in town. Just 20 mins away from Hells Gate thermal springs and 1.5hrs from the famous Hobbiton movie set (an absolute MUST) We had a fantastic time and loved our little retreat. Bonus points for the adorable kitties that were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you, Tony! We would definitely stay again :)

Exactly as pictured and described- had everything we needed & more for our short stay in Tauranga. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, neighbourhood is quiet and location is convenient. Clint had great communication from the start and we felt comfortable and welcome from check in to checkout☺️

Barbara and Phill were such nice hosts. We felt right at home. In our almost 3 week stay we learned to appreciate the area very much. The accommodation was great. We particularly liked the fully equipped kitchen, where we could cook a lot of delicious food. The shower was great warm and equipped with all toiletries. We were able to do our laundry and hang it. The bed was also excellent and overall there was a lot of space in the accommodation. A very well-kept garden has enclosed the terrace and Barbara gave us strawberries and lemons from the garden. Simply brilliant!

Great accomodation all round. Good location, close to everything you need in Papamoa. Nice quiet location.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Nice and convenient, good communication with host. A little back from the main beach which wasn’t a problem for us- everything is close. Local beach is an easy 10 minute walk and it’s beautiful. A comfy place with all that you’ll need!

Awesome location. Very tidy apartment with stunning views as the sun sets. Bed, linen and pillows were so comfortable and five star hotel quality which I loved.
