Gorgeous place, perhaps the best you can find around Rotorua. The place is sitting at mountain top, overseeing the lake and beautiful city. It’s 10-15 mins drive to everywhere you need to be, great restaurants, hot springs or tons of activities around the area. Will definitely visit again if we can.

A great place to stay for our family. Although it's on a busy road the place felt peaceful and it was enjoyable to stay in. Spacious and light and comfortable. Our host quickly responded to questions and requests.

Anna's home is in a great location being one street back from the main street and it is easy to find and access. Her home is comfortable and well appointed. Being close to the shops and a short walk or drive to the beach is a great bonus. Anna was very helpful and accommodating when I had to return to the house to collect a pillow so I am very grateful to her. She is a great host.

Quite simply the best airbnb we have ever had the privilege to visit. Superbly clean, wonderfully appointed and well equipped with quality linens, appliances and tablewares. Perfectly located in a peaceful and private yet central location a short walk from all that Mount Maunganui offers. Alec and Anna were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we were most comfortable during our stay. I cannot recommend their place highly enough!

This place is a gem with stylish and very comfy decor, extra amenities for kitchen and a super nice bath. It’s got a beautiful deck and garden. Easy to find, get in via door code, WiFi works great, near everything in Taupovia short car drive, but private, quiet and secluded except for the lovely birds singing.

Staying at Julia's was very relaxing, especially enjoying a wine on the deck & taking in the lovely view. Julia was very generous with all that was provided in the unit, & with information about Tairua. She was always easy to communicate with, and we would happily recommend her place.

Great easy stay at Jackson’s place well set up for a girls weekend, small mini fridge, nice outdoor bar leaner, comfy couch and easy access to Papamoa and the Mount

Tony‘s apartment is the jackpot! This is exactly what you want to walk in after a long day. It was huge in the inside, a comfortable bed, a big bathroom, great kitchen and dining area and perfect place to spend a quiet evening/night. We kind of regret not staying longer because everything was just perfect. It was also very nice to have fresh milk in the fridge, breakfast choices like toast, cereals, peanut butter, jam, butter, coffee, tea, candy and even a homemade pastry as a warm welcome greeting. I would recommend this AirBnB to anyone who is around Rotura and looking for an apartment.

Exactly as pictured and described- had everything we needed & more for our short stay in Tauranga. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, neighbourhood is quiet and location is convenient. Clint had great communication from the start and we felt comfortable and welcome from check in to checkout☺️

Alan was proactive about making sure we would find the residence with no problems and lots of communication. It was peaceful, amazing view and helpful recommendations for amazing food and things to do. Would return and recommend to anyone. Nice touch for the bottle of wine upon check in.

We really loved our stay here. The location is great and the interior decor was lovely. The instructions were very clear making the experience very smooth. And Barbara is an exceptional host. In fact, we forgot one of our belongings and she was kind enough to offer to have it shipped overnight 🙏

Such a lovely little condo! Hubby and I stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting family in Papamoa. The space was very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts had supplied a little booklet with menus from a bunch of nearby cafes and restaurants which was super helpful when we couldn’t decide where we wanted to go for breaky! Would highly recommend 😊
