Great location! This is an apartment located across the street from Baptist Health Hospital. Apartment has its own private entrance. Two blocks from Carson Park and Keiler Park. Close to many of Paducah's favorites: American Quilt Museum, Dry Ground Brewery, the Dirt Road Boutique, Mellow Mushroom and the famous Red's Donuts. A tour down the historic Jefferson St. in spring as part of the Dogwood Trail is beautiful! Five minutes from the mall and I-24 and the University of KY Paducah campus.

Unique Custom Lodge!!

Enjoy the best parts of the country as close as you can get to the city . I designed and built my home as a lodge retreat after returning to my hometown following a career abroad. I love sharing it with nice people. Enjoy the view on the porch looking out on green Kentucky pastures. Your well-behaved house trained dog is welcome but please note you must indicate in your booking request that you plan to bring one! The backyard is fenced with gate access to the large wrap around front porch.

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

This was our third stay at Kathy and MacKenzie's location. We got in early enough to meet Kathy - she was delightful! As always, everything was neat and in order. We had a great breakfast the following morning and enjoyed meeting the other guest. A wonderful respite from hours on the Interstate; we'll be back! Ben & Sue Greishaw

Beautiful historic Inn that is quite peaceful and has been beautifully remodeled. Joey and Allison were super friendly and gave us a tour that included lots and lot of history about the building and the area. The original tavern at the ground floor has been remodeled and was open. They served sushi the night we were there and it was delicious! Also the bar has a good selection of bourbons and a very skilled mixologist. Breakfast the next morning was complementary and was a fresh cooked breakfast casserole made with their own eggs and locally sourced ingredients. Also had fresh homemade cinnamon rolls that were out of this world. They also had roasted potatoes and on a different table was a yogurt bar with nuts and fruit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Jay and Autumn’s home was a perfect retreat for a winter weekend. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room afforded gorgeous views of Lake Barkley, complete with four eagle sightings! The home is cozy, comfortable and inviting, and everything was clean and well-maintained. They were extremely responsive hosts. We would love to stay here again!

I love coming down to Shawnee in the summer, to float around Bell Smith Springs, hike around the forest and cliffs and bike around historic towns . I do like to camp but unfortunately I dont like to camp alone and this was a solo trip. Perkins House was perfect! Safe, clean, comfortable and a historic treasure in my opinion. I had the large southeast corner room and the light was beautiful and the bed was comfy :) Nice morn! The hosts are very responsive and easy. Very friendly . Loved the family photos! Found a great new spot so close to where i like to be!

This is run by a family and they all made me feel welcome. They were kind to my dog. It really felt like you were staying with a friend. I was able to sit outside if I wanted and they were even willing to serve me from their restaurant outside so I could sit with my dog. They bent over backwards to make sure I got everything I needed and wanted. I will definitely go back when I am in the area again

A surprisingly large and spacious bed and breakfast located in an old historic building. I stayed in the Farmhouse room which had its own shower. Pros: very clean; comfortable bed; clean linens and plenty of towels; spacious; great location; reasonable price; lots of amenities; kind hosts/owners. Cons: only one outlet in the room I stayed in (not a big deal for me, but plan accordingly if you have a lot of electronics); shower has very little pressure, but it is hot; you can hear everything - full conversations in the room next to me, walking in the hallways, everything. I stayed during a busy weekend, so this may not be much of an issue during other times, but I recommend ear plugs or maybe a white noise machine.
