I have been in LA many times and tried different houses in different areas, but Eric’s place is the best one. Absolutely in love with this house: incredible location on Malibu beach with private access to the beach, lot of of space and an amazing terrace. This is the perfect place if you want to enjoy the real californian vibes. I’m trying to find out some cons, but I’m sorry Eric….your house is perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a lovely weekend while in town for a wedding. Home is even nicer than the photos imply, and the two decks are very nice (one sunny and one shaded). Beverly is easy to chat with, and protective of the home which I understand. :) Kitchen and dining areas are large. We were building a charcuterie platter for the bride and there was plenty of space for 4 people to work together while making it. One note: cell service at the top of the hill (and much of Malibu, truthfully) is very poor. Once you’re inside on WiFi it’s fine, but take a screen shot of the host’s instructions (gate codes and such) so you’ll have them available when you park. Overall an enjoyable home with a lovely view.

Sogand’d place was perfect. The location, space and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you need. The washer/dryer were also very useful as we were traveling with 2 babies. We already want to book again for next year!

We spent two comfortable days/nights in this home. It really lives up to the photos and descriptions. It is beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, has well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Large screen TV with Netflix and MLB baseball was much appreciated so we could catch the Giants game. :-) We ended up parking on the street because the parking spot in back was a bit tight to navigate with our fully loaded minivan, but there was plenty of street parking right in front of the home. We also really appreciated the hosts’ responsiveness to our scheduling needs. Would definitely like to return for a longer stay on future trips to LA.

We've stayed at many AirBnBs over the years, and Debra's place will always stand among the best. An easy, charming walk to the beach is a highlight, for sure, but the house itself is larger than we expected. The owners retreat at the back of the house is quietly set back from the front of the house and the other two bedrooms, allowing for privacy for parents and teens, and we had ample tables and chairs to do our work, our reading, and our planning for day trips. Easy drive to/from the airport, exceedingly walkable to pretty much anything you'd want or need, and parking on-street was consistently easy, right in front of the house. Debra is an ideal host: careful, thoughtful, fun, kind. She made us the best lemonade on earth from the lemons on the tree out front of the house. The hummingbirds were active throughout the day, and watching them at the kitchen window was idyllic. The gardens in the back of the house were amazing. Hard to not say more: a truly great stay!

I booked the Deckhouse for my birthday weekend and it was perfect. The deck is definitely the highlight, but all the rooms are spacious and accommodated the 5 of us with ease. The kitchen is well stocked and the farm fresh eggs were such an incredible bonus to the stay. We used the hot tub several nights and my only feedback is it would be great if it could fit the number of people allowed to stay there (it comfortably fits 4). I could not ask for a better host than Lisa. She is incredibly responsive, and allowed me to host friends for the dinner party of my dreams.

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Two teens biked to the boardwalk everyday. Adults enjoyed the walk to Urth cafe. The rooftop area was perfect for sunning and we all enjoyed the pool table. We will definitely be back!

We had 3 days to check out local colleges and also to do some sight seeing in the greater LA area. Super close to Culver City which has some great places to eat at. The views where great and is seemed that you where 30 -45 min away from all the places that we had to visit.

This was our first time visiting California and we loved every minute of it. We loved the little pink house. The place was beautiful, clean and lots of charm. We felt right at home. There’s lots to do nearby and only a short walk to the beach. Roy was an awesome host. He provided clear instructions and was very responsive. We will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful time, everything was perfect and as described. The ping pong table and corn hole in the large lovely backyard provided great entertainment for us. The neighborhood is cute, quiet and close to many restaurants and shopping. Erik is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions I had. We will definitely comeback when we are in the area again.

Spent spring break on college visits in Southern California and decided to have a few extra days to relax. Everything was perfect about this property. The location is great for trips to Topanga to visit the artisan shops and wonderful restaurants or to go down to the beach for a few hours. The house was well equipped and perfect for making breakfast in the morning, having coffee on the deck and reading in the hammock. At the end of the day making dinner, using fireplace and watching a movie with the wonderful views was a fantastic way to wind down . Most importantly Margaret was a wonderful host making sure we had everything we needed and also providing great information on on the area. She provided so many great recommendations including the Friday Topanga farmers market. We can't come back soon enough!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment I walked in, everything felt just right—the place was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly like the photos! You can tell the host really put thought and care into making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the location. It was super convenient—just a 15-minute drive to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for a morning walk or catch the sunset. Everything else in LA felt really accessible too—great restaurants, shopping, and all the spots I wanted to explore were close by. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were so many little thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfy, and well located place in LA! It was a great experience!

Absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect - right in the heart of WeHo and walkable to great restaurants, nightlife, and all the fun spots. The space was super clean and thoughtfully stocked, with nice toiletries, a great cocktail set, and stylish drinkware. The fridge had water and Coke waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. We felt really welcomed and at home. The backyard table setup was also a great place to hang out and unwind. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

Stephen and Brian were wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home and we could not rate them highly enough. Pantry and fridge were well stocked which made our very tired selves so happy after a very long trip and we had a little welcome bottle of bubbles which made us feel very special. Rarely see such generosity in Airbnb's today - it was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities were of a high standard. We felt very private in the accommodation but so well located to places we wanted to see and to stores and restaurants. Both Stephen and Brian were very friendly and helpful and only too keen to help us if required. So good!
