Tammy’s place is a wonderful home to stay at while visiting the area. It is comfortable and clean with plenty of room for several people. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The backyard is very inviting and the hot tub is a nice perk. Tammy provided clear instructions and was responsive. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at Mariam's place! From the moment we booked, Mariam was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions right away. The house was spotless and super cozy — the perfect size for our family of four and our two pups! It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. We love this place. They have thought of everything you will need from life vests and beach toys for the kids to parchment paper to cook with. All you need to bring is your own food and clothing and your set. Great location to walk down to the beach or go over to Marriannes for some ice cream. It is clean and cozy and we can't wait to come back.

Chris is such a wonderful and thoughtful host. The place is beautiful, art-filled, and peaceful. Plus, Chris has thought of everything to make the place comfortable - from extra blankets, snacks, and even Tylenol in the bathroom. It's just down the road from a natural grocery store, restaurants, and beaches. I stayed with my small daughter while visiting Santa Cruz and the Monterrey Bay Aquarium and it was the perfect spot for us.

The house is just as pictured with a big patio, fish pond and a fire ring all surrounded by trees so very private. The inside was very nice, with upgraded kitchen and shower. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, the pull out coach not so much. The washer and dryer were big and easy to use. The location was perfect. Seaside, Carmel and Monterey all kind of blend together so it was easy to get around. There is an apartment above, which we did not check out of respect for the guests but we did hear them walking a little bit, not too back though. I slept very well there. Overall a great and affordable place to stay in a safe neighborhood. Parking is on the street but we had no problem finding places to park.

Modern Newly Renovated Pet-Friendly near Monterey

Parisa’s place was the perfect distance from all the activities my family and I wanted to do while in Monterey. It was spacious, clean and had the amenities needed for a family with small children. Keep in mind that the kitchen and living room is upstairs so it can be dangerous if you have a baby with you, although they do provide a gate for the stairs and a high chair for a baby so that was amazing and very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the home was very pleasant and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

What an incredible experience staying in this magical cabin in the woods! I've never stayed anywhere so peaceful and secluded. The cabin is so cozy and cute and had everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and gorgeous deck overlooking the creek after our days mountain biking in the area. When I got into bed the first night I almost cried because the bed and linens were so comfortable! I could hear nothing but the creek running in the background. And what a pleasant surprise that there was no TV! I didn't notice that in the listing but didn't miss it at all. Frankly it would have taken away from the serene setting amongst the majestic redwoods. I would love to come back and stay here again!
