Vacation rentals with a patio in Pacific Beach, San Diego

Perfect location in the building; on the same floor as the gym which was a nice perk. Rooftop is beautiful. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or take a short uber/lyft. Unit is clean, bright, modern, & refreshingly minimalist. Parking was only a small challenge over the weekend but we always found something right on the park or reasonably nearby most of the time. Tucker was super responsive with any and all questions leading up to and during our stay. We plan on trying to book this very unit again in the near future as it felt like the perfect little home away from home. Thank you Tucker!

We had a wonderful stay at Taylor’s Airbnb in Little Italy! The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and perfectly located. Taylor was incredibly sweet and responsive throughout our stay. When we had a small issue with a light, she addressed it immediately and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Great spot in North park with easy access to 30th st and the freeway. The apartment was clean and as described. We stayed there with our 2 kids and it was very comfortable. Hunter was super responsive as well to any questions. Would 100% recommend.

Easy host, allowed us to check in early because of our flight landing early. House was nice, clean, and the hot tub was awesome!

Wonderful place, very spacious. Host was always responsive. Our family lived the outdoor space on the second floor, so nice at night. Would book again.

Zoe was a great host, very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. space was clean and really nice. We loves the porch as well. The location was great, being about 20 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go.

Loved everything about our stay at this amazing house! Comfortable beds, awesome backyard with pool and hot tub, great location- walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, park and very close to lots of site seeing. Great little cottage. Perfect cozy vibes & walking distance to a beautiful beach. Felt like the vacation home we wished we owned.

We came for a short trip. Here are our pros: great parking space for your car which is gated and can fit up to two, there is a lot of space and 5+ people can sleep in here comfortably. If you need a safe and private place to stay with family then this is a great affordable options. Our cons: the electrical outlets did not seem to work on the bottom floor in the bedroom, we had an issue with the shower not functioning which was not helpful when everyone needed to shower, the upstairs gets very hot even with the fans we had to sleep with the windows open because of the heat. These are things that are fixable, overall it is a good place to stay at.

Dawn's place is great. If you are looking for a place located in a downtown area, walkable to restaurants, stores and very close to the Zoo; this is it. Place was well equipped, especially for families with kids. Plus the proximity to San Diego's attractions and specifically this spot in the North Park downtown is perfect after a tiring day where you could walk down get food to-go for the family. Minor thing to consider is, the home faces the back alley from the Dale Street. A rather temporary thing to consider is, the house behind this one is undergoing some construction. It is a minor annoyance that should pass eventually, until then some construction vehicle sounds are expected through the morning/day. If an opportunity presents itself, we'd certainly be back. House is clean, thoughtfully equipped even with a high chair for toddlers. It felt at home after long tiring days at SD's attractions. not to mention, airport is less than 15mins away.

Nikesh’s place felt like right at home. The vibes were immaculate. We love the patio seating in the front and in the back of the home. The parking was a little complicated to get to as it was a tight drive in, but Nikesh provided a video with clear instructions on how to park in front of their home. If you’re a new driver, it can be a little intimidating! Overall, our stay was amazing!

This property looks exactly like the photos. It was very clean. It was nice to have 3 separate housing units as we had 3 families in our party. The 2 bedroom house is connected to the owners (I'm assuming) property and they are on site. The property was very clean and the sheets were very soft and comfortable. I wish there were a few more hand towels but with a washer/dryer in every unit we were able to wash them. The backyard was really great and the kids loved playing back there! The driveway is long and fairly narrow. The houses aren't on a busy street so it's easy enough to back out. I didn't love the late check in (5PM) but they did allow us to check in early (for a fee.) We had a great vacation and I would recommend this property!

It was great staying here! The location is perfect for walking through Gaslamp or Little Italy. The place is very clean and has everything necessary for a relaxing stay. Vivian answered any questions right away making it easy to get anything we needed.

Eric and Natalie were great host and were very accommodating with all our requests. Their home is in a perfect location within short drivable distance to Balboa park, SD Downtown and the Airport. The home itself was perfect for our weekend vacation for our family. We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family in future.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

We loved our stay at Carla's place! It was the perfect launching point for everything we wanted to do while visiting San Diego. Walking to the many cafes/restaurants/breweries in North Park was very easy, it was very close to Balboa Park, and it felt like everywhere else we wanted to go was only a 20-30 minute drive away. Due to the great location, we were able to do/see a lot in just a few days. The space was perfect for what we needed - it felt big and the 2.5 baths were a plus. Carla was also communicative and friendly, and gave lots of recommendations for our visit. We all agreed that we made the right choice by choosing to stay at Carla's!

Thomas was a good host. Although it took us a while to connect, once we connected, he was very responsive. Overall good experience, though the watered down soap was a bit weird. Parking was expensive but that’s the area. Would recommend to anyone staying in Gaslamp.

My wife and I love coming to San Diego and wanted to spend some time in La Jolla. Cassandra’s spot was exactly what we were looking for - walking distance to a semi-private beach, in a neighborhood that is quiet, peaceful and safe, a quick 5-10 minute drive into downtown where there were plenty of great food and local shops to get lost in. The home itself was great! Lovely primary bedroom/bathroom, provided plenty of towels, and a good sized living room with a solid TV setup. Cassandra was super responsive in all of our communications. We really valued her professionalism and level of detail.

What a gem! Niloofar was friendly and responsive. Her place was perfect – clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. Free parking on site. Easy one-minute walk to the beach (beach towels, chairs, toys, and boogie boards are provided). Delightful and delicious restaurants and coffee shops line the streets just half a block away. Absolutely fabulous— we can’t wait to return!

A great location in Mission Beach making it a quick drive to many attractions. Good size single-car garage is a plus since parking in the area is at a premium. The unit was perfect in size, as advertised and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.
