All excellent Very good service and the place was impeccable, just as described in the publication. The pool is really clean. Very close to downtown and the Oxxo is a 5 minute drive. If you come from CDMX I recommend arriving on the route with tolls since without tolls it rules by way of terracería We will definitely be back here.

We were looking for accommodation in Cocoyoc Cascadas and we had a bad experience in the Hurracaine Harbor house but it is a dirty house with poor attention. Fortunately Ana Paola came to the rescue with her elegant PH, highly recommended if you want to be in a beautiful place and with amenities.

Good experience, they were always attentive, the only inconvenience was that the pool heater was not served, but we were warned in advance, I hope they can fix it because it is a great house, with everything necessary to have a good weekend.

A great host, she helped us with the schedules in a very friendly way and was always attentive to us. The accommodation is a beauty as it is very quiet and private, it is inside a living unit so it has security when entering and leaving. Super recommended. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Cuautla 🙂

The place is very comfortable and quiet, the photographs are just like the place we arrived at. The communication was very clear and quick, they were always on the lookout and gave us quick responses. The place has parking inside. It's definitely a place I'd go back to.

We did not think to stay here, but it was late and luckily the reservation was confirmed and in less than an hour since I entered the app we were lowering our bags. A very good place to stay if you are going to visit the volcanoes. Nice views in the Iztaccíhuatl. The house is comfortable, with a place for the car in the property, with what you need for your stay, and in 40 minutes you reach Paso de Cortés, which is where you enter towards the volcanoes.

The host and her children are very friendly and knowledgeable Always from your stay. There were some percanses with the water but they resolved it and they rewarded it, from that outside the place super well, we returned without theme

The house is definitely beautiful, I loved it. At night the stars look super. The center of yecapixtla and oaxtepex is nearby. Love to be there... A bad point is that the water in the pool is super cold, if they could fix that would be very helpful... I would definitely go again, I recommend it at 100!

Very pleasant my stay, the place is in excellent condition and is as it offers in the advertisement. The hostess is very attentive and friendly at all times.

Our stay was short, but it was a good one! We felt safe, and the beds were comfortable. The place was clean and quiet; our only issue was finding the right place when using Uber or Maps. I suggest you bring spoons and forks since none are there. Patricia was very kind and responsive; thank you!
