Vacation rentals with a patio in Oxnard

Natalie’s airbnb was a life saver for my family during a power outage nearby at our house. I couldn’t have picked a better place to be. This airbnbs location was perfect with a close proximity to the beach. They also provided beach toys and a wagon for easy transport. Another favorite about this place was the amazing backyard. This was the perfect spot for kids and hanging out, perfect for families. The grocery store was another great thing because it was so close and easily walkable. Thank you for the memories!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Thank you so much for hosting me at your beautiful apartment. The stay was very comfortable and quiet. I loved how the complex was gated which made me feel more secure with parking my car. Oscar was really nice and helpful the place was absolutely wonderful and clean exactly what we expected me and my family couldn't ask for anything better I would recommend him i thank him for all he's help and support he gave me and my family the neighbors are really nice as well and oscar accep my emotional support dogs him and hes family made us feel at home

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

Beautiful place to stay! Super peaceful and amazing views. The host, Julie, was great!! We got married in Malibu and this was the perfect place to stay - close to the beach. Stunning interior and had everything we needed.

Great location and stay in Ventura. Close to downtown (~10 min walk) and Channel Islands pick up point. The hosts were communicative and everything was exactly as described. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Ventura.

They were prompt and friendly in the one time we needed to call . This location was near the grocery store, a few restaurants and walking to ti beach.. and both parks. It was the best part of stay for overnights with our grandson. ..oh.. and donut shop. Beds and accommodations newly remodeled and were very comfortable!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this beautiful home in Ojai! The design of the house was stunning—thoughtful, stylish, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The peaceful surroundings and charming outdoor space made it even more special. We would love to stay here again! Highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay! The place is really nice and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to plenty of places to eat. All the appliances worked in the house. Beds were comfy and I was able to get a good nights sleep each night. Only thing I would add that isn't mentioned is that it is a duplex and someone resides in the unit in front of the property with a shared driveway. They were friendly and me and my buddies didn't have a problem with it. The Unit is in the backside of the house and the entire backyard is yours and private. I would stay here again!

Our stay at Lakefront house was amazing. Everything matched as described, even more - all 3 beds were super comfortable, made feel like home! Clean and plenty towels in the bathroom. Place was clean and cozy. So close to Westlake Village where we mostly did spend our time. Also close to Ventura fwy 101, which is quite busy and if you’re light sleeper, it may impact your sleep. In general, it was a real pleasure to stay there and the host is super responsive with any questions. Thank you! ❤️☀️

This incredible house is so much better than the photos. Everything about it was unique, peaceful, and our group of six had the most incredible time. From the solf, sweet smelling towels in the bathrooms, to the incredible art and gardens, this property had all of us feeling so grateful to be able to spend time here. I can't say enough good things about the gardens around the property, the peaceful view of the canyon, and the amazing central courtyard in the house! Even the hand made soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms were terrific! We would absolutely come again. This place has set the bar high for other Air B and Bs. A vacation to remember for sure. Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

Had a late cancellation from mudslide at my original destination ant booked last second but was very helpful and responding fast very peaceful place would highly recommend

We had a very comfortable stay at Izzah’s place. She was helpful right from day 0 with accommodating our request for early checkin to providing answers to our queries in a timely manner. We initially had some issues with heat but was resolved. Though she did say Dryer was out of service but in month of December with cool air and limited sunlight in the outdoor space, drying took time. Otherwise we enjoyed our time in LA and would like to stay again.

This is our third stay at Angela's lovely home. My daughter and I are very fortunate to have found this Airbnb as it is located in one of our favorite spots in the world - Westlake Village. We love the close proximity to the lake and all the wonderful shops, cafes, and restaurants. The house itself is the definition of coziness. My favorite thing to do is take my coffee out onto the little patio in the morning and look at the lake. Thank you Angela for being such a gracious and welcoming host!

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Celita and Steve were such wonderful hosts! With access to the whole house, they made sure I felt right at home and never failed to ensure I knew where I could find anything I could need. Their dogs, Hunter and Olivia, are the sweetest and are incredibly well behaved and made my stay all that much better! The residential area is far enough from the 101 that the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, without being too out of the way. If given the opportunity to visit Ventura again, I would definitely stay with them.

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

D’s place was vital to my stay in Ventura. It is just a few blocks from family in the area so I could walk to visit them. The area is beautiful and quiet. Shopping, a school and a park is within walking distance. The condo is very clean with many amenities provided for guests. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and closet are spacious. There is a tv with an Amazon fire stick and several channels. D anticipates her guests needs and goes out of her way to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay including fresh flowers. D is a charming host who communicates well. She was kind to my family. The instructions to finding and entering the condo are clear and helpful with street parking available. My daughter and I chose the wrong elevator upon arrival so D came down herself and escorted us upstairs. She welcomed us with Christmas eggnog and conversation. The cats are sweet and personable. Guests are free to come and go at will. I would not hesitate to stay with D again.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
