We really enjoyed our stay! The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and the house was super clean and comfortable. The location was great — close to everything. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like having coffee and a well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fabulous! We walked in to a restful space with every amenity we needed. David graciously offered an early arrival, and while we didn’t need it, it was so nice to be offered. He also didn’t ask for a pet fee! This was a first! I appreciated it so much and it made us want to clean even more. The house is beautiful, and so is the neighborhood. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were proactive. It was a great stay!

This is such a great little house! It was perfect for four of us. The back yard was wonderful - we even did an Easter Egg Hunt and it was lovely! The house was spotless and even though it is pet friendly there was no sign of pets who had been there. Highly recommend for anyone in the Kansas City area!

Michael’s house was the perfect place for our family and especially our doggies. The house is nicely decorated, outfitted and especially hospitable for dogs. The weather was crummy and we were in town for a funeral so didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but it had a covered patio area with BBQ pit and fenced backyard that would have been a great place to cook a meal and enjoy each other’s company on more of a leisure trip. Would definitely stay at this house again!

Emilee’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway and she was the perfect host. The house was clean and well stocked. We felt right at home. The neighborhood felt safe and it is not a far or difficult drive to get to anything in Kansas City. I would stay here again!

This was a great spot for my toddler and I to stay. Quiet neighborhood with a park within palling distance and a great walking trial. Short drive to many restaurants and Target. I would definitely stay here again. Extremely good deal as well! Just was responsive and kind.

We had such a great stay! The place was absolutely adorable—cozy, clean, and surprisingly spacious for the two of us and our three pups. We had to come to KC in an emergency, and even though we checked in at 3:30 AM, Lance was responsive and everything was ready to go when we arrived. We then had to extend our stay at the last minute and again, very responsive and easy to deal with. Very high recommendations!

Have stayed here twice now. Has worked great for us and no issues. Place is exactly as described and Daniel has been super easy to work with.

This was a GREAT deal for the # of bedrooms. The location was PERFECT! This place has alot of character (inspite of the inconsistency in decor). I loved the exposed brick and cooper ceiling. Casey's instructions were very thorough; from entry, thermostat location, security and restaurant suggestion. It had everything you will need from snacks, ear swabs, ibuprofen, etc. It needs further updating, but this really was and AWESOME place, and TREMENDOUS value.

It was a great place away from the city, but only about a 20 minute drive to various activities in Kansas City. The walking trails were a wonderful way to explore the beautiful property! My friends and I loved the hot tub! You really felt surrounded by nature the whole time! We even got to see their tortoises and cats. We were a little disappointed that they didn't have goats anymore, but it was still amazing all around!

Great place with plenty of open space for groups. Basement was perfect for late night hangouts without waking others up or disturbing the quiet hours. Would definitely book this place again and plan to in the future! Super cozy beds which seem to be hard to find on this app. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Couches were also super comfortable! Highly recommend

Parking is the only negative to this place, but that is not the fault of the host. Thats just big city life. Very clean place with nice decor. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Great bang for the buck. Also amazingly fast responses when I needed questions answered.

Wonderful Guest House! Very comfortable bed & well stocked kitchen. Location was a great homebase as we explored Shawnee and Kansas City. We enjoyed meeting John and Cora (and their dogs.). They were friendly and helpful. We hope to return this summer and use the pool!

Great space for a weekend in Waldo!! We were just 3 guests, but could see how you could easily house 5 or 6 people in the space. Having three bathrooms was amazing. The beds are comfy, the thermostats work, and the wifi is fast! FYI the driveway is pretty steep, so don't forget to use your parking brakes! Great hosts, super informative messaging at all times.

The place was cute and comfy. Trains took a night to get used to but luckily I live by them at my own home so it wasn’t an issue. Loved that I could park off street. Melanie was also super helpful with recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely come back.
