Vacation rentals with a patio in Outremont

I celebrated my 50th birthday with a few of my best friends at Rene’s. The house is very comfortable, very close to shops and a diverse array of restaurants. Rene helped us to make sure that we parked on the correct street.

We had a great 3 night stay at Erfan’s place. There were lots of businesses and restaurants within walking distance and the metro is only a five minute walk as well. The combo of the parking spot and nearby metro made it easy to get around no matter what mode of transport worked best.

Clean, spacious home with good proximity to food, parks, and metro. Not too much in the way of amenities but a nice stay overall.

We loved the location and Recommendations from the hosts on things to do! It was very convenient having a parking space in the back although a little challenging to access. Our host was responsive when we locked ourselves out and arrived within an hour to help unlock the door. We would love to stay here again!

The place was clean and spacious. There were a lot of amenities and it was a short drive to a mall, restaurants, and other shopping areas. I would definitely recommend.

The neighborhood that this Airbnb is in is gorgeous. You enter through the alley that has a strong community feel, children playing, neighbors mingling. The nicest I’ve seen in the city. The apartment is immaculate, modern, yet cozy.

Sam’s place was nice, big and comfortable for our group of 8. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone and nice and warm. It’s an old historic house but still has modern touches that make it not feel outdated which is very nice. We didn’t get to use the courtyard because of snow but it also looked like a great addition to the house. Oh and the free parking garage a block away is a big plus. Some of the rooms set ups are peculiar but overall nothing bad, the biggest pitfall is the pool table space is too tight and it’s hard to get a real game. Overall very happy with the place and location. Would definitely stay there again. Sam also communicates very well and clearly which goes a long way.

The house is super cozy, we feel very at home at Michael’s house. He is super responsive and helpful. 10/10 experience !

Very comfortable stay for our family of 8. Cozy yet spacious... enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and laundry hookup... house clean and updated; and close to nearby amenities. Will definitely return for a future visit!

Our stay at this location was lovely! Gabrielle was extremely responsive, proactive, and helpful. Check-in instructions were very clear and made for an easy and comfortable settling in. The solarium is especially relaxing and cozy in the morning sun. Lots of great nearby restaurants, patisseries, and corner grocery stores. The kitchen was well stocked, including a few spices and seasonings to support our cooking.

An absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, as described, and in a great location. Said was extremely welcoming and responsive which made our experience even more enjoyable.

Our group of four adults and three kids had a wonderful time at Jason’s place. The location is really special - looking out on Parc La Fontaine where we were able to ski on groomed trails and skate on a large, beautiful pond that winds through the park. The space was very comfortable for our group, with everything we needed to cook and eat meals on site, and plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. We enjoyed the gas fireplace, Bluetooth speaker and beautiful views out the front windows. A special perk for us was Le Petit Coin, a restaurant down the street serving handmade dumplings. Thank you Jason for a beautiful weekend!

Little cozy home in Montreal close by to alot of amenities and stores as well

The host was accommodating and available even though we were delayed in our check-in they met us and walked us through the space. Will definitely book again when I'm in the area
