Vacation rentals with a patio in Montréal

I stayed at Rene’s place with my 2 grown children and their partners. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We are from the states so the parking took a bit of work to understand but ended up being inexpensive and convenient. I would recommend this place if you are looking for 3-4 bedrooms.

Clean, spacious home with good proximity to food, parks, and metro. Not too much in the way of amenities but a nice stay overall.

We had an excellent time at Wesley’s place. It was a perfect base for four people. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a Maxi for groceries. The private parking spot was a huge plus. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will come back in the future!

The place was clean and spacious. There were a lot of amenities and it was a short drive to a mall, restaurants, and other shopping areas. I would definitely recommend.

Nice place to stay but is more comfortable for 4 or 5 people , 2 beds are very nice but Third bed was not comfortable. Overall was good experience

The house is super cozy, we feel very at home at Michael’s house. He is super responsive and helpful. 10/10 experience !

We really liked Katherine’s place - it is spacious, very well equipped and the secret room was a hit with my son. The only slight drawback is the proximity to Decarie - it is a little noisy, but you get used to it… :-)

Jason’s place was great with easy access into Montreal. The house is in a residential neighborhood off the main highway. It was very clean and the bedrooms were as listed.

Gabrielle gave very clear instructions and was very responsive. location was excellent and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (restaurants l, theater district, museums). place was spotless. no complaints here! thank you!

Other than some normal wear and tear items the place was VERY CLEAN and MODERN. All the creature comforts were present and in working order. A great deal of attention has been given to the HVAC system, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen contained everything we needed. There is a train track very nearby, but it was not operational in the evenings, and it did not hinder our sleep in anyway. The mattresses are soft, and we all wished they were firmer. Something that is a personal preference of course. While there is a small mirror in the dining area, I think a full-length one would be a terrific addition as it will give options when the bathroom is occupied. The bathroom is large and well stocked, while a larger floor mat in front of the shower would also help as the shower door opens outward. These are all trivial and should not be taken as a concern or a complaint. This property should satisfy and exceed expectations.

Well appointed and beautiful apartment. Momo was very responsive all the time and accommodating to our needs. What you see in the photos is what you get. Highly recommend this apartment if you’re considering visiting Montreal.

This is a very nice little studio with a private balcony where you can sit and take some Fresh air. It is clean and well equipped. Perfect for visiteurs that want to discover the city. It is really peaceful at night even though you are in the city center. You’re close to everything, la place des arts, grocery stores, cinemas, restaurant, clubs. You can even walk to the old Montreal that takes you 10-15 minutes on foot. Metro is around the corner. We were very satisfied and definitely take the same apt if I go back. Thank you Francesco :)

Chloe was an excellent host. I have visited Montreal on several prior occasions and Chloe's place was by far the most spectacular one. Everything that was indicated in the photos matched what was in person. The space was huge and massive ceilings and the washrooms were very clean. In regards to the area, I personally love the Plateau area and this location is right in between the Plateau and St. Catherine's main throughfare. Very walkable to Chinatown and to Old Montreal (might be a uphill hike to get back). In regards to accessibility to the metro, the station isn't far at all (2 minute walk). Excellent diverse range of restaurants and bars. Will highly recommend to stay here again!

2 thumbs up! Jason’s apartment was spacious, comfy, tidy and quiet. Everything was as described. The owners were always responsive and eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Located in a picturesque Montreal neighborhood, we were a quick 2 block walk to restaurants, shopping and more. This apartment is a great find!

Very nice place to stay and very clean! Cozy place close to everything. Lots of free parking close by. Nadya was very welcoming and showed us around the condo. This condo has all you need and we felt safe in the neighborhood. I recommend your place Nadya and we’ll surely be back. Thank you!
